Pam overhears Donna talking with Bill.
In the hallway at Forrester, Donna talks on the phone to Katie, who wants to thank her sister for picking her up last night. Donna tells Katie that she has a meeting, so they agree to talk after Katie goes to see Nick. After hanging up the phone, Donna recalls Bill kissing her. Right on cue, she gets a call from her sister's "knight in tarnished armor," Bill, who tells her that he was thinking of her. Donna thanks Bill again for what he did for Katie. When Bill says that she already thanked him with the kiss, Donna warns him not to read to much into that "expression of gratitude." Down the hall, Pam overhears and listens with interest as Donna talks to Bill.

Bill tells Stephanie about his plans.
Stephanie pushes past Bill's assistant and barges into his office. Referring to Donna as 'cuda - short for barracuda - Bill ends their call and asks Stephanie what brings her by. Stephanie asks if he's using her. Bill reminds her that this is win-win for both of them, since she gets a platform to promote Jackie M and vent about how she's been wronged, while he gets increased sale revenues. Stephanie thinks he has a different agenda and asks if he's trying to devalue Forrester to buy it. Bill reminds her that she called Forrester a whorehouse in her blogs. He explains how that made him see the company as an undervalued asset that he could devalue even more and then buy it at a fraction of its worth. Stephanie asks if he plans to re-sell the company after he buys it. Bill confirms that's his plan, and he tells Stephanie that she might even have enough money someday as part owner of Jackie M to buy the company from him. He boasts that Eric isn't unhappy yet, but he predicts that he soon will be, perhaps sooner than he realizes.

Nick talks to Katie about her note.
At Jackie M, Nick tries to call Katie. When he gets her voice mail, he leaves a message just as Katie walks into his office. Katie tells him that she hopes they can still be friends. Nick sees her eyes are red, so she admits to spending last night drowning her sorrows. She tells him that she has no regrets, since she really believes he belongs with Bridget, and she urges him to fight for his ex- and build a life with her and Jack. Bridget comes in as Katie says that last part. Seeing Nick looking past her, Katie turns around and sees Bridget behind her. Katie opens up to Bridget, apologizing for holding onto something that was never really hers. She hopes Bridget believes that she's sorry. Bridget says that she's sorry, too, since she and Nick last night did what they should have done long ago and were honest with each other about their feelings. Katie realizes that Nick and Bridget are back together and is surprised at how fast it happened. Seeing the tears in Katie's eyes, Bridget tells her that she wants everything to be OK now. Katie tearfully asks Bridget for forgiveness. Bridget replies that she's already forgiven her and they embrace.

Bridget tells Nick what she needs.
Nick walks Katie out of the building. When he returns to his office, he apologizes to Bridget for taking so long, since Clarke grabbed him on his way back. Bridget tells him she took the time alone to think about Katie. She notes that Katie was truly moved that he still wanted her to be part of Jack's life. Nick asks if she's OK with that. Of course, Bridget answers, asking where Katie went when she left. Nick says that Katie went to touch base with her "good Samaritan," whatever that means. Having talked enough about Katie, Nick locks the door so he and Bridget can make love right now. Bridget hesitates, suggesting that they take things slow, but Nick thinks it's a bit late for that after last night. As Nick starts to kiss her, Bridget tells him that Owen thinks she should be put on a pedestal and be courted. Unsure as to why she's bringing up Owen, Nick asks Bridget if she wants him to grovel. Maybe a bit, Bridget kids, thinking that she's worth it. Nick tells her that she can have whatever she wants from him whenever she wants it. They start kissing again. Bridget giggles as Nick moves her over to the couch and keeps kissing her.

Katie goes to see Bill.
Katie goes to see Bill, who offers her a hangover remedy. Katie apologizes for last night, admitting that she doesn't remember much of what she said or did. When Bill teases her about her throwing up, Katie remarks that he's not being very nice. "Haven't you heard? I'm not a nice guy," Bill retorts. Bill offers her his hangover remedy again, but she says she's feeling better now. She tells him that she has to get back to work, since she has a few fires to put out thanks to him and "The Logan Chronicles." She warns that she intends to devote all of her energy to combating his assault. Bill advises her not to drink herself into a stupor over the man who broke her heart, but Katie says that was a one time thing. Bill tells her that he can show her some pleasurable ways to recuperate if she's interested, but she dumps his hangover remedy in the trash and walks out.

Eric's lawyer, Gloria, doesn't have good news.
Donna enters Eric's office and finds him talking to his lawyer, Gloria, about Bill Spencer's schemes. Gloria warns that there's nothing strictly illegal about what Bill's attempt to devalue the company and then buy it, so they have little legal recourse without more proof. Eric laments that Bill is using Stephanie to carry out his plans.

Eric and Donna listen to Stephanie's demands.
After Gloria leaves, Eric vents to Donna about Bill, who is even more ruthless than his father. Donna tells him about what happened with Katie last night and says that she saw a different side of Bill that made her think there may be some decency in Bill after all. Eric warns her not to be fooled by Bill. Stephanie enters and, having heard Eric's last comment, says that she's not being fooled. When Stephanie confirms that Bill is trying to devalue Forrester Creations to buy it on the cheap, Eric and Donna blame her for helping Bill with her venom-filled blogs. Stephanie reminds them that she's the one who got fired to "throw out the old and bring in the young," but she thinks she can stop Bill if Eric agrees to four simple conditions. The first is that Ridge remains CEO of the company, and the second is that Thorne is named president. Eric reminds her that they have a president, which brings her to condition three: Rick is to be fired and barred from holding any position at Forrester ever again. "He's my son," Eric reminds her. "With Brooke," Stephanie qualifies, smiling. She then gets to her last condition: Eric is to rewrite his will to leave 100% of the stock in the company to Ridge, Thorne and Felicia. "Those are my conditions. Take it or leave it," she states. Fed up with her using this situation with Bill to call all the shots, even once he's dead, an irate Eric refuses to give in and storms out.

Stephanie gives Donna a warning.
Donna scolds Stephanie for doing this to Eric. She thinks it's unfair that Stephanie is blaming her and her sisters for killing this company when it's Stephanie who is driving them to the brink of disaster. Stephanie fires back that her family always delivered for this company while Donna's only brings trouble and scandal. Donna points out that she's the one who got the company back from Nick while Brooke invented BeLieF, so her family contributed more than Thorne, Felicia or "precious little Ridge." Stephanie counters that the things Donna mentioned are ancient history now, and the only thing Brooke brings to the table now is trouble. Donna is appalled that Stephanie can stand there, acting like a bastion of virtue, when all she's doing is destroying her children's legacy in an effort to drive out the "evil Logans." "Do you care?" asks Donna, suggesting that Stephanie created the nightmare of a life she is living now. "We are the future, and you are not part of it," Donna brags, tearing up Stephanie's list of demands. Stephanie doesn't think that was smart, but Donna isn't afraid of Stephanie. "A day of reckoning will come. Don't underestimate me," Stephanie warns.
