At the Marone mansion, Nick tries to spend his last hour as a single man canoodling with his bride to be, but she tells him to get dressed and get to the chapel. After grabbing a few kisses, Nick decides to take a cold shower to cool down before heading to the church.

Eric helps Donna get dressed for the wedding.

At the Forrester mansion, Eric helps Donna get dressed for the wedding. Taking about the wedding today makes Donna remember their wedding, which was the happiest day of her life.

Stephanie tries to get answers from Ridge.

Stephanie stops by the guest house to go to the wedding with Ridge. While Ridge dresses, Stephanie flips through an album of photos of her and Eric. Ridge sits down with her and asks if she's thinking about Eric. Stephanie reveals that Eric asked her to come back to Forrester, but she refused because of Donna. Ridge urges her to reconsider, since he thinks Forrester needs her, but she changes the subject and asks him about his night with Taylor. Ridge ducks the question by pointing out that it's time to get to the chapel. Stephanie guesses that what happened between him and Taylor must have been good, since neither of them wants to talk about it.

Owen tells Jackie not to let Nick push her around.

Jackie enters her office and finds Owen getting dressed for the wedding. Owen tells her not to let Nick push her around. He reminds her that he's her fiance, so he plans to be by her side at the wedding if she wants him there. "We're going to the wedding together," Jackie insists. Owen asks if she's sure. Jackie thinks she's done everything possible to accommodate Nick, including firing Owen, but she's done caving in to him and expects him to accept Owen as her husband. She refuses to let Nick dissuade her. Owen is glad to hear that, since he knows Nick will try to change her mind.

Best Man Rick is ready to help the groom.

Nick goes to his office to meet best man Rick, who is waiting there for him. Nick asks Rick to keep Owen away from the ceremony. Rick wants Nick to leave Owen to him and just concentrate on marrying Bridget. As Nick prepares to leave, he spots Owen in the hall and repeats his warning to stay away from the wedding.

Katie helps Bridget get ready.

Katie arrives at the Marone mansion and helps Bridget put on her necklace. She asks where Brooke is; Bridget explains that her matron of honor mom had a stop to make first but should be on her way. Katie tells Bridget that she looks beautiful, just like a bride should when she's marrying the man she's supposed to spend her life with. Bridget thanks her and they hug each other. When Donna arrives, Bridget tells her aunts that her wedding dress is being delivered to the chapel, so she'll put it on and do her hair and makeup when she gets there. Donna thinks they should get going, but Bridget wants to wait for Brooke and Jackie to arrive. Katie reports that Jackie called and is on her way, leaving to Bridget to wonder where her mom is.

Taylor gets a visit from Brooke.

At her Bel Air home, Taylor flashes back to the night she and Ridge made love and her discovery the morning after that Ridge had taken too many of her anti-anxiety pills. Brooke drops by on her way to the wedding to talk to Taylor in private. She wants Taylor to know that she appreciates all her efforts to help Ridge deal with his grief. Taylor asks Brooke if she expects Ridge to come back to her once he heals. Brooke boasts that she's sure of it.

Stephanie and Ridge arrive at the chapel and see that most of the guests have not yet arrived. Ridge wants to go see who else is there, but Stephanie wants to talk to him. Ridge tells her that Taylor spent the night at the guest house, but he doesn't think there's anything else to say. He asks her not to discuss this now, since this is Bridget's wedding day.

Nick drops by the house before the wedding.

Jackie arrives at the Marone mansion and reports that Bridget's dress arrived safely at the chapel and the limo is downstairs. Katie goes to gather Jack's things while Donna tries to call Brooke. Jackie asks Bridget where Nick is, since she wanted to talk to him. Bridget informs her that Nick already left for the church, but right on cue, Nick enters the room. Bridget reminds him that he's not supposed to be here, but Nick points out that she's not wearing her wedding dress now. He explains that he stopped by to talk to his mother before the ceremony and pulls Jackie aside. Nick tells Jackie that he ran into a dressed up Owen at Jackie M. Jackie wants to talk to him about that, since she knows how much he and Bridget have waited for this special day. Nick thanks her for coming to her senses and agreeing not to bring Owen to the wedding with her.

Stephen corrects Beth when she makes a mistake.

When Stephen and Beth arrive at the chapel, Marcus and his date, a girl named Kim, go over to greet them. When Kim asks Beth how Paris was, Beth calls her Karen. Beth seems upset when Stephen corrects her. Stephen points out that they saw Bill Spencer when they came in and guesses that Beth was thinking about Bill's sister Karen

Felicia and Thorne watch their parents together.

Felicia is stunned to see Bill there. Thorne informs her that Nick invited Bill, probably to drum up some positive press. Eric spots Bill and asks why he's there. Bill quips that he's there to witness the dawn of a new era, since Forrester's sun is setting and a new first family of fashion is about to be crowned today. As Bill walks away, Stephanie approaches Eric, who brushes off Bill's attempt to irritate him. Thorne, Felicia and Bill all watch as the two ex's chat with each other.

Brooke has a gift for Bridget.

Back at Nick's, Brooke finally arrives. Brooke presents Bridget with a special gift, a bracelet with an emerald set in it that Brooke got when she became C.E.O. of Forrester and moved onto a new stage in her life. Brooke wants Bridget to have it as she moves onto the next stage of her life, since emeralds symbolize rebirth and the promise of a bright future. Bridget is elated and thanks her mom. She then calls her aunts over as well and the four ladies share a group hug. With the matron of honor finally present, Katie goes to put Jack's car seat in the limo so they can get going. Brooke goes to get Bridget, who asks to wait one moment. She looks around the room and thinks about how she'll be Mrs. Nick Marone the next time she's here. She raves that all the things that happened to her and Nick, both good and bad, brought her to this point, and she feels like she has it all. Brooke tells Bridget that she's happy for her, and mother and daughter hug.

Ridge talks with Thomas before the wedding.

Thomas arrives at the chapel with his date and asks Ridge where Taylor is. Ridge wonders if she changed her mind about coming, but Thomas doesn't know why she would do that. When Taylor arrives, Ridge warns her that his mother is being nosy about what went on between them the other night. Taylor asks him not to tell his mother what happened, since she fears Stephanie will run right to Brooke with that information.

Bill trades barbs with Stephanie.

Stephanie trades some barbs with Bill about his being here to enjoy himself at someone else's expense. After Bill shrugs off the comment and walks away, Stephanie spots Rick and Steffy across the room, kissing, and looks glum. As Nick chats with Eric, Donna comes in and announces that the bride has arrived and is getting ready, so she wants to get everyone seated. Nick asks Katie where his mother is; Katie says that Jackie had to stop at the loft for something.

Pam asks Clarke to help her find her seat.

Pam asks Clarke to help her find her seat, calling him "Bucky" like Sally always did. Meanwhile, Donna and Felicia spot Bill and wonder about how Eric will deal with Bill being there. Bill runs into Katie and asks how she is. She assures him that she is happy for Nick and Bridget. Bill laughs that he's glad to hear it, since he thought he might have to tell the caterer to lock up the gin.

Jackie defies Nick.

Nick and Rick stand by the altar with the minister, who thinks they should get started soon. Nick wants to wait for his mother to arrive and is happy when she walks in the door - but his joy turns to rage when Owen walks in right behind her! Nick races to the door to confront Owen, but Rick goes after him and holds him back. As best man, Nick asks Owen to leave, but Jackie says that Owen is her escort. Rick asks Jackie to please understand that Owen has to go, but Jackie states, "He's staying. Owen is my fiance."
