Owen moves in with Jackie.
Owen moves into Jackie's loft. Jackie marvels at how much stuff he has, including an accordion he bought from a buddy at a garage sale that Jackie suggests he donate to a poor street musician in Pasadena. Owen laughs that she's the boss, so he's pleased to do as she bids. Liking that she has Owen waiting on her, Jackie tells him to make her dinner. He retreats to the kitchen and whips up something that Jackie calls the "purr-fect" supper. Owen's glad she likes it, since he likes doing things for her and thinks he does a pretty good job of it. Jackie thinks they both want to be happy, but Owen doesn't think Nick is too thrilled about that. Jackie hopes to convince Nick to accept them, since she thinks Owen is just what she needs. Recalling how she was Massimo's trophy wife, she thinks she's entitled to a trophy of her own, and Owen fits the bill perfectly. Owen thinks he can handle that and they toast to making each other happy. Owen then brings diced apple with cognac for dessert and steals a kiss while serving. Jackie purrs that she could get used to this. Owen thinks he could, too, if Nick would let him. Jackie tells him not take Nick seriously, since her son is just concerned that Owen is younger than him. Owen thinks Nick acts like her grandfather, not her son. Jackie is sure Nick will accept them once he sees that Owen isn't after her money. Owen asks if that means he has to pretend not to like her money.

Jackie reminds Owen how happy she is.
After Owen cleans up, Jackie asks him to sit down and discuss his comment about liking her money. After hearing that, she doesn't know if she should thank him for his honesty or start to worry. Taking off her boots to give her a foot massage, Owen tells her that she doesn't have to do either, since he'd treat her the same way whether he's using her for the perks of being a "kept man" or not. The important thing, he stresses, is that she needs to decide whether she's happy or not, and he thinks she is. Jackie chuckles that he knows how happy she is. In that case, Owen thinks they should be fine as long as she doesn't write him any blank checks. What about credit cards? Jackie asks. Owen laughs that he doesn't do credit cards and they kiss.

Donna turns down Bill's offer.
In Bill's hotel suite, Donna balks at his request for her to leave her husband. Bill says he can offer her a better deal, since he thinks Eric will tire of the appeal of honey and sexy lingerie in time. He, on the other hand, would never tire of her drizzling honey on him, and he offers her a bottle of honey to use for that. Donna tells him to forget about replacing her honey bear. She can't believe that he wants her to spend the night here against her will. Bill insists that he's just offering an opportunity, and what she does with it is up to her. Donna believes that he can be a decent guy, but she won't betray her husband. Bill reminds her that he's giving her the chance to save Eric and his company, even though he's sure Eric will eventually break her heart. He sees that she loves Eric, but that leaves them with a bit of a dilemma about her husband. Donna doubts that he will leave Eric and the company alone, no matter what she does tonight. While she thinks she's good looking and talented, she doesn't see Bill giving up a multimillion-dollar deal to get her to take off her clothes, even if she's good in bed. Bill tells her that he knows all about her relationship with Eric, including how she fought off his family, and that kind of devotion intrigues him. He thinks it will be win-win for both of them if she sleeps with him tonight, but Donna disagrees. She lost Eric's trust once and she won't risk losing it again. Then she better convince Eric to sell, Bill states, handing her a new offer for $50 million dollars for the company. He instructs her to make sure that contract is signed by the time he arrives at Forrester tomorrow morning.

Felicia and Thorne are stunned by their parents' news.
At Forrester, Eric and Stephanie tell Thorne and Felicia about Eric's hiring undocumented workers and Bill's threat to use that information to send Eric to jail if he doesn't sell Bill the company. Felicia fears the courts will crucify Eric for what he did. Eric puts his faith in his lawyers, but Stephanie reminds him that his attorney, Gloria, thinks he'll go to jail if the authorities pursue this. Thorne urges Eric to sell the company, but Eric refuses to let Bill Spencer win. Felicia states that Bill has already won, since she fears that Eric's heart won't survive jail. Eric refuses to roll over to that conceited bastard, since he built this company as an act of faith for his children's future. While he can't stop them from selling the company after he's gone, he intends to keep fighting as long as he has a breath still left in him.

Bobby learns that he has to leave Forrester.
Eric summons Bobby (the employee he and Stephanie chatted with the day Stephanie agreed to end her blogs and webcasts) to his office. Eric and Stephanie warn Bobby that someone found out about the improper documentation they allowed Bobby to use, so it's no longer safe for him to work here. Eric assures Bobby that no one will find out his real name. Bobby offers to take the blame for everything and claim that Eric knew nothing of his false identity, but Eric insists that he'll deal with this and hands Bobby a wad of bills as severance pay. Bobby refuses to take the money, since Eric's generosity has allowed him to care for his family, but Eric insists. Bobby reluctantly takes the money and leaves.

The cover of the next EYE ON FASHION exposes Eric.
Bill returns to his office and asks Jarrett if the cover photo he requested is ready. Jarrett warns that legal is worried about a libel suit, but Bill states that it's only libel if it isn't true and asks for the photo. Jarrett reluctantly hands Bill the cover photo -- a picture of Eric behind bars!

Eric and Stephanie share the blame.
Eric shreds some documents so his children can't be connected to his misdeeds. Thorne and Felicia blame their mother and her blogs for their problems; they know how hurt Stephanie was at being tossed out, but they feel like she broke her own first commandment about family loyalty coming first by publicly airing their dirty laundry. Stephanie accepts the blame, but Eric thinks she was only retaliating because he fired her. He thinks he should have stuck her in the basement with Thorne rather than cast her out. Stephanie admits that she often makes it sound like Eric is at fault, but it's really her own anger that gets her in trouble. She suggests that she became unlovable because her father made her feel that way. Eric tells her that's not true, since he and the children all love her. Felicia and Thorne are moved by their parents' declarations. They think this kind of family unity can get them through anything. Donna arrives and listens as Thorne, Felicia and Stephanie all urge Eric to sell to Bill rather than go to jail. Eric insists he can win in court, but Donna comes in and says that she agrees with his family. Eric asks where she's been, so she tells him that she went to see Bill. She thought she had a way to change Bill's mind, but she couldn't do it. She then hands Eric Bill's latest offer for the company; she knows it's less than what the company is worth, but she doesn't want to see him in jail. Stephanie agrees with Donna, who reminds Eric that she and his family have never agreed on anything until now. Eric still refuses to let Bill ruin him; he won't surrender his life's work to that man.

Jarrett nervously executes Bill's orders.
Donna calls Bill to tell him that Eric refuses to sell. Bill tells his little barracuda to make Eric see the light. Donna explains that it's not about the money. It's about Eric's commitment to his employees and his family. She suggests that Bill acquire another fashion house instead, pointing out that Jackie M is in need of capital. She thinks that would be a a much better business deal all the way around. Maybe, Bill responds. Donna begs him to prove to her that he's the man she thinks he is by stopping his bid to send her husband to jail. Bill asks if she's finished. When Donna says she is, Bill bids her goodnight and ends the call. Jarrett asks Bill if they're backing off, since he thinks that would be the wise thing to do. While Eric may be soft-hearted, and even soft-headed from time to time, he's not a criminal. Bill tells Jarrett to run the cover of Eric in jail. Jarrett asks if he means it. "This is our next cover. Run it!" Bill demands.
