Stephanie has questions for Taylor.
At her Bel Air home, Taylor flashes back to finding the empty pill bottle when she was with Ridge last night. Stephanie comes in and asks how things went with Ridge. She hopes the reconciliation was everything Taylor hoped for. When Taylor doesn't respond, La Forrester asks if she's OK. She reminds Taylor that they're best friends and says that she just wants Taylor and Ridge to be happy. Taylor says that she knows that. Stephanie asks Taylor again if last night was what she expected. It was and it wasn't, Taylor responds. Taylor then remembers confronting Ridge with the empty pill bottle. Stephanie senses that Taylor is distracted and asks what's wrong. Taylor covers by saying that she and Ridge talked about last night and decided that some things should be kept to themselves. Stephanie doesn't know what to make of that response.

Eric confides in Donna.
In his bedroom, Eric picks up a photo of Bridget and gazes at it. Donna comes up behind him and assures that things will work out for Nick and Bridget this time. While Donna steps out of the room, Eric looks through his briefcase and finds a recent issue of EYE ON FASHION with Stephanie on the cover announcing her joining the Jackie M team. He groans and throws the magazine back in the briefcase. A scantily clad Donna comes in with a bottle of honey and playfully flirts. "Not tonight," Eric sighs. As Eric sits down on the bed and looks at his papers, Donna sits beside him and asks what's wrong. He explains that he's worried because their business is on the ropes, and sales have fallen dramatically since Stephanie left. He thinks he may have made a mistake in letting Stephanie go. Donna hugs him and promises to help him through this, since helping him face life's challenges is what being his wife is all about.

At Jackie M, Bridget kisses Nick and tries to worm their honeymoon location out of him, but he tells her to leave the honeymoon plans to him and focus on not screwing up their vows. He just hopes her parents are OK with this marriage. Bridget tells him that Eric agreed to walk her down the aisle and Brooke is going to be maid of honor. Then it will be a family affair, Nick laughs, since Rick agreed to be his best man (I guess he forgot he told Bridget that yesterday) and Jackie will be there with bells on. Bridget asks if that means Owen will be there. Nick asserts that he'll kill Owen if he dares show up.

Owen unloads his frustrations on Bridget.
In Jackie's office, Owen confides that the tension between him and Nick is driving him nuts. Jackie tells him to stop worrying and trust her. Owen says that he's sorry and kisses her. Later, Bridget pops in and finds Owen on the phone deflecting questions about her honeymoon plans. As Owen hangs up, Bridget asks if that was Jarrett trying to get a scoop. Owen asks if she's having second thoughts about marrying Nick. When she says she isn't, he offers his condolences. Bridget tells him that she knows Nick has been hard on him, but that's just because Nick is protective of the women in his life, especially Jackie. Owen says that Jackie is important to him, too, which is why he proposed to her. He gripes that Jackie believes in him. but Nick sees him as nothing put a "pretty boy" who is out to hustle Jackie into giving him a life on easy street. "If he doesn't back off," he fumes, "I'll..." Bridget asks what he was going to say. He tells her to warn Nick that he's not a doormat and is going to push back soon. Meaning what? Bridget asks. Owen warns that he has limits and it would be a mistake if Nick crossed him. Owen storms out.

Jackie asks Nick what he has against Owen.
Jackie comes into Nick's office to chat and says that she passed his friend Chuck in the hall. Nick proudly shows off a t-shirt that says "My wedding is near, buy me a beer!" and a coupon for a bucket of wings that Chuck and the boys bought as a wedding gift. He thinks his third and final marriage to Bridget will go smoothly as long as a certain someone stays away. Jackie takes that as her cue to make a case for Owen, but Nick thinks Owen's proposal is just a power play to worm his way into the family. Jackie asks Nick what he objects to about Owen; she doesn't think it's the age difference or the fact that Owen moved in with her, since there is plenty of that going around. She feels like Nick doesn't want her to be happy. She admits that she interfered in his romantic life when she shouldn't have because her own life was so empty, but Owen has changed that. Nick asks what she knows about Owen and inquires if she did a background check. Jackie insists that she trusts Owen. She also points out that she did a few things in her past that she's not proud of, as Nick well knows, but fate gave her a gift by sending this young man who makes her feel alive. "I won't give that up, even for you," she states. She reminds Nick how lonely she was when she was married to Massimo, but Nick thinks that left her vulnerable to the Deacon Sharpes and Owen Knights of the world. Jackie insists that Owen is nothing like Deacon. "Isn't love everyone's dream?" she asks, stating that she's found hers with Owen. She begs Nick to show compassion toward Owen when she marries him, for both their sakes. She then kisses Nick on the cheek and leaves, leaving him shaking his head.

Bridget chats with Jackie.
Jackie returns to her office, where Bridget is waiting for her. Jackie informs Bridget that she's hired Beverly Hills' premier masseur to give her a special massage to compress before her big day. She just hopes Nick doesn't fret about another man's hands on Bridget the night before the wedding. Bridget thinks she can handle Nick. Jackie asks for some pointers in that department, since Nick is still giving her a hard time about Owen. Bridget wonders if it might be best if Owen doesn't come to the wedding. Jackie is disheartened that Bridget now doesn't want Owen there, either. Bridget says she just doesn't want things to get out of hand. Jackie says she doesn't, either, but she thinks she should be able to bring her fiance to the wedding. She knows things have happened quickly with Owen, but Nick and Bridget were just as quick in reuniting and rushing to the altar. She thinks Nick is wrong when he refers to Owen as a Lothario out to fleece her of everything she has and asks Bridget what she has to do to convince her.

Nick gives Owen another stern warning.
While walking through the halls at Jackie M, Owen runs into Nick! Nick pushes Owen against the wall and then shoves him into his office. Owen tells Nick to take his hands off, but Nick thinks Owen is the one who has to keep his hands off of Jackie. Owen orders Nick to stop trying to turn Jackie against him and tries to walk away, but Nick grabs him and warns Owen to stop abusing Jackie's trust with this farce of an engagement. "This is going to end when I get back from my honeymoon," Nick admonishes, "and I'll be the one ending it." Owen says he's not scared of Nick, but Nick thinks he should be and tells Owen to forget about Jackie, and that includes attending the wedding with her. He warns that he won't be responsible for what happens if Owen shows his face at that church tomorrow. The two men glare at each other before Owen walks away and leaves Nick's office.
