Nick keeps his promise and doesn't tell Bridget everything.
An addled Nick returns to his office after visiting Sandy and pours himself a drink. Bridget comes in, having waited for him, and asks how his talk with Sandy went. He assures her that Sandy is very committed to having their child. Bridget thinks he should have known that, since Sandy is already carrying their child. Nick elaborates that carrying their baby is one of the main things in Sandy's life right now. Bridget asks if Sandy said anything else, so Nick explains that Sandy had a hard life and is distrustful of men in general. He thinks it will be hard for Sandy to trust him, but he also recognizes that Sandy loves and has a lot of faith in Bridget, who might be Sandy's only friend right now. Realizing that Sandy is lonely, Bridget thinks they need to spend a lot of time with her to fill that void.

Taylor and Stephanie talk about Taylor's second Internet date.
Taylor drops by Jackie M to borrow a dress from Stephanie for her second Internet date. As Taylor looks the dress over in the mirror, Stephanie tells her she looks great, but she worries that this online dating thing is risky. Taylor thanks her for the advice and the dress, since she didn't have time to go home and change after her last appointment. Stephanie says she was glad to help, but she has some reservations, especially since she still hopes down that Taylor will still reunite with Ridge. Taylor doesn't want to go there, since Ridge has made his choice and she's not about to sit around waiting for him. Whip comes in and sees Taylor wearing the Jackie M design. He tells her that she looks great, but he thinks she'd look even better in their latest designs when their new line comes out. Taylor and Stephanie explain that Taylor needed the dress for an Internet date tonight. Seeming a bit uncomfortable, Whip starts asking questions about this Internet date. Taylor asks if he's thinking about signing up, but he laughs that "The Whipster" would never need a computer to get a date. He then probes Taylor for details about her date tonight, but she assumes he's asking to make fun of her or judge her and refuses to answer. Feeling like he's the one being judged, Whip hands Stephanie a report and leaves.

Bridget hopes Taylor's date is nice.
Stephanie tells Taylor to forget about Whip and go have a good time. Taylor is about to leave when Nick and Bridget pop in to share the news that Sandy is pregnant with Stephanie. Seeing Taylor there, they include her when announcing their good news. Stephanie and Taylor both congratulate the proud parents-to-be. Taylor asks Nick and Bridget if they're letting everyone know about the pregnancy. The Marones explain that they've told almost everyone, but they haven't told Jack yet, since they wanted to make sure everything was OK with the pregnancy before telling the youngster. Taylor is sure Jack will be excited about having a little brother or sister, since there's a special bond between siblings. Taylor doesn't want to be late for her date, so she says her goodbyes and leaves. Ready to leave themselves, Nick and Bridget stop in Nick's office to get some papers before they head home. Bridget notes that Taylor seemed happy for them; she admits that surprised her a bit given Taylor's experience with In-Vitro fertilization when she was pregnant with Jack. Nick points out that this is a different situation, but Bridget can't help but worrying, since she and Taylor aren't as close as they used to be. Nick notes that Taylor looked great tonight and seemed excited about her date. Bridget hopes Taylor's date is a nice guy, even if he's not "Mr. Right." Nick asks her if women are really looking for "Mr. Nice." Bridget laughs that they do, but they also like to have a tiny hint of "Mr. Dangerous" mixed in - just like her hubby! Nick thanks her and they kiss.

Whip shows up at Insomnia and reveals he's Taylor's date.
Taylor arrives at Insomnia and sits down to order tea while she waits for her date. When someone walks over to the table, she thinks it's a waiter, but then she looks up and sees that it's Whip. Taylor is peeved to see him, noting that this is exactly why she didn't want to divulge details of her date. When Whip reminds her that she didn't reveal any details, she assumes he followed her to mock her and asks him to leave before her date arrives. When Whip guesses that her date will be drinking an Americano and reading a newspaper, Taylor realizes that he's her date. She sighs that it's weird that she went online to meet new people, but all her matches are people she already knows. Whip points out that they had a nice I.M. conversation online, but Taylor thinks dating should be more personal. Thinking that she's not cut out for Internet dating, she gets up to leave, but Whip asks her to at least stay and have a cup of coffee. Taylor reluctantly agrees. Whip chuckles that the situation is a bit funny. Taylor bets the gang at Jackie M would agree. Whip urges her not to tell his co-workers. She says she won't tell - but only if he promises to never call himself "The Whipster" ever again!

Justin checks on Bill.
Justin stops by the beach house to check on Bill and finds his boss/friend on the porch, deep in thought. When Justin asks where Katie is, Bill confides about Steffy and explains that he told Katie the whole story tonight. Justin is shocked that Bill let Steffy kiss him twice. "It was innocent!" Bill insists. Justin asks how Katie took the news. Bill states that Katie was thrown at first, but they're OK now, although he suspects Katie is chewing a piece out of Steffy's rear end right now.
Bill reassures Justin.
Justin states that he wouldn't want to be in Steffy's shoes right now. He thinks it's too bad that this happened, since things were finally starting to run smoothly at Forrester. Bill assures that he's committed to Katie. Justin still finds the whole situation hard to grasp, especially since Steffy is Ridge's daughter. Bill tells him that Katie was a bit hurt, but she knows she can trust him and understands that nothing happened. Justin doesn't look like he believes him, so Bill threatens to pop him one if he doesn't accept that nothing happened. Justin presumes that Katie is protecting her turf. Bill reminds Justin that no woman has ever come close to affecting him the way Katie has. He tells Justin that he loves Katie and vows not to do anything that will jeopardize what he and his wife have.

Steffy tries to apologize for the kisses.
In her office, Katie grills Steffy about kissing Bill. She wants to know what is really going on. Steffy admits she shouldn't have asked Bill to meet her at the cabin, but she wanted to explain why she kissed him. But then they got to the cabin and she did it again. Katie finds that strange and suggests that it shows that Steffy is out of control. Steffy insists that she's not after Bill. She thinks he's sexy and powerful, but that's not what was on her mind when she kissed him. She begs Katie to believe that she's not a bad person. Katie doesn't think she's a bad person, but she knows there are good people sometimes do bad things, as she can attest from person experience. Steffy insists that Katie doesn't have to worry about her. Katie says that she's not worried, but she has to acknowledge that Steffy crossed a line. She knows something is going on, even though Steffy is trying to deny it, and that something won't just go away. Steffy swears that it won't happen again, but Katie doesn't think either one of them can just forget that the kisses happened.
Katie fires Steffy!
Steffy thinks she can forget, because she's not into Bill. Katie speculates that Bill was just a means to an end for Steffy. Steffy insists that it was just a meaningless kiss, but Katie disagrees. While she knows Bill would never let anything else happen, Katie doesn't think this is about Bill at all for Steffy. She suggests that the kiss was Steffy's way of taking something from her just as she took Forrester from Steffy's family. Steffy says that's not it, but Katie is sure it is, even if Steffy doesn't realize it. She is really sorry that Steffy tried to use Bill to get a little payback, since she really thought they worked well together. But Katie needs to know that she can trust her employees to work toward the same goal, and she just doesn't think that's true with Steffy anymore. "You're fired!" Katie exclaims.
