Bridget gets a gift from Nick.

At Jackie M, Nick gives a gift to Bridget, a statue labeled "World's Greatest X." He laughs that he thought it was fitting since she is both Madame X and his ex-wife. Bridget asks if that means she outranks her mom and Taylor on his list of ex-wives. "They haven't made me the cash that you've made me," Nick kids. When Bridget laughs, Nick says she has a hearty laugh for such a little person. Bridget says she's not little, so Nick corrects himself and says she's a beautiful person with a huge heart.

Nick wonders about his mother.

Nick then sees that Bridget has a gift wrapped in her bag and asks if she got him something, but Bridget says it's for Jackie and asks if it would be too nosy for her to take it by Jackie's new place. Nick isn't sure, since his mom hasn't been around a lot lately, and he wonders if that's because he told Jackie to get a life after she got on his back about Katie.

Things get steamy for Jackie and Owen.

Meanwhile, Jackie is still making out with Owen as she lounges in her tub. She warns him that she won't be his prize ever again, but he keeps kissing her. When she gets out of the tub, she makes Owen turn around while she puts on a robe. When Owen asks why, Jackie says she's not sure if she wants him to stay, but Owen undoes her robe and kisses her. Jackie tells him that what happens tonight might not happen again, but even if it doesn't, she needs him to understand that she expects two things from him, honesty and respect. Those are things she never got from love. Maybe it wasn't love, Owen says. Jackie asks him not to tell her that this late in the game, but Owen says the game is just starting and takes off her robe, kissing her neck. Jackie starts to run her hands over his body and then unbuckles his belt so they can make love. After they have sex, Owen apologizes for getting carried away. She laughs that they both got carried away. Seeing how little she has in her fridge, Owen suggests they go out to grab a bite, but Jackie worries that someone might see them and mistake her for his mother. Owen laughs that she looks like some 12-year-old boy's fantasy mom, but Jackie fears Nick might see them together and think he is hustling her. Owen wonders why everyone thinks that of him. Jackie isn't sure, but she wants to hold on to whatever he sees in her for as long as she'll allow him to see it.

Steffy asks Rick why he rushed her away from her shower.

As Rick frantically drives, Steffy asks what was so urgent that he had to rush her away after her bridal shower. Rick asks her to trust him and calls Earl, the caretaker at Big Bear, to have him prepare the cabin for them. Steffy asks what's so special about the family cabin at Big Bear that he made her rush out on her guests. Meanwhile, Ridge and Taylor try to catch Rick so they can play the recording of Rick that Ridge made for Steffy. Not knowing where Steffy is, Taylor tries to call her on the cell. Rick tells Steffy not to answer the call, but Steffy says it's just her mom and picks up. When Steffy tells Taylor that she and Rick are on the way to Big Bear, Rick yanks the phone from her hand. Taylor tells Ridge where the kids are headed, so Ridge tries to beat Rick to the cabin. Back in Rick's car, Steffy asks him why he took her phone. He says that he doesn't want her parents to ruin his surprise, but Steffy thinks he is overreacting, since her parents have accepted their relationship. Rick doesn't think that's true, which is why he wants to make sure that her parents don't ruin the surprise he has in mind. As Rick weaves back and forth between lanes, Steffy asks where they are going now. Rick suggests they go to a romantic getaway he heard about in Baja, but Steffy doesn't have her passport, so Rick proposes that they go to Honolulu instead and heads for the company jet.

Taylor tells Ridge that Rick is taking the company jet out.

Meanwhile, Ridge and Taylor make their way to Big Bear. Taylor advises Ridge to be careful on the mountain roads. She just hopes they can get to Steffy and play the recording so Steffy will see what kind of man she is marrying. Ridge then gets a call from Madison; Taylor takes the call for him since he's driving. Madison explains that she needs to talk to Ridge since someone is taking the Forrester jet out. Ridge explains that he has to authorize the plane to take off. Taylor tells him that Rick is the one trying to take the jet, so Ridge turns around and heads for the airfield.

Rick tries to reassure Steffy.

Rick and Steffy board the company jet. Rick tells the pilot to file a flight plan for Honolulu. Steffy asks how long they will be gone, since she did not pack anything. Rick tells her that she can buy anything she needs in Hawaii and asks her to trust him. As they are served champagne, Rick apologizes for how difficult he acted earlier. He knows acting like that gets him into trouble, but he appreciates the fact that she is the only one who understands him. While Steffy steps out of the main cabin to freshen up, the pilot comes back to tell Rick that they'll take off as soon as they have clearance. As the pilot returns to the cockpit, he gets a call from Ridge asking if Rick and Steffy are there. When the pilot confirms that Rick and Steffy are both there, Ridge orders him not to take off, no matter what Rick says.
