Nick asks Bridget to be part of Jack's life.
At the Marone mansion, Nick tells Bridget that he wants her to be part of Jack's life, since he thinks Nicole would want that. Gazing at each other, they kiss again, but the doorbell interrupts them. Katie is at the door with a gift for Jack, but she offers to come back later when she sees that Bridget is there. Nick tells her to come in and goes upstairs to take a call so the ladies can chat. Once Nick is upstairs, Katie asks Bridget how it's going. She's pleased when Bridget reports that she and Nick kissed. Before Bridget can reply, she gets paged to the hospital, so she says her goodbyes to Jack and asks Katie if she can stick around for a while to help Nick. Katie points out that she doesn't know Nick very well, but Bridget points out that Katie will need to get to know him anyway if she and Nick reunite. Katie agrees to stay and sends her niece off to save some lives.

Katie sings Bridget's praises to Nick.
When Nick comes down, he's surprised to see that Bridget left. Katie explains that Bridget got paged, using that as an opportunity to list the things that make Bridget such a great doctor. She points to Bridget's coming over to help tonight as an example. Nick senses what Katie is up to and asks why she's trying to hook him and her niece back up. Katie tells him that she's worried about Jack, since he is biologically a Logan. When she laughs at Nick's letting his son have a pink blanket, Nick explains that the blanket was Nicole's. Katie says she knows, because Bridget told her, and she thinks that proves her point. Taylor's gone, she states, and Brooke is with Ridge, so that leaves him needing help with Jack. And given the history between him and Bridget, including the child they lost, Katie can't help but wondering if the situation with Jack's maternity is fate's way of bringing him and Bridget back together.

Pam gives Donna a stern warning.
At the love nest, Donna tells Pam to control her dog, but Pam repeats her threat to kill Donna if Ms. Logan continues to pursue Eric. Donna is terrified by Tiny's barking and snarling, so Pam tells him to wait inside and bark if he senses trouble coming. Pam then lashes out at Donna for embarrassing Eric by putting him in a situation where he could be photographed naked on the ledge. She accuses Donna of causing enough damage in Eric's life, which is why she vows that she'll stop Donna unless Donna decides to back off and stop herself. "Make no mistake. I will stop you," Pam warns.

Brooke again asks Ridge to marry her tonight.
At Brooke's house, Ridge is somewhat amused by his Logan's proposing to him on bending knee. When he tells her to get up, Brooke asks if he wants to marry her. Ridge says that's not the issue, so Brooke repeats her plea to get married tonight. Ridge tells her that he wants to marry her, but they can't get married until Nick is completely out of her life. Before Brooke can respond, Ridge gets a call from Felicia demanding that he get his butt over to their parents' house for the party ASAP. Ridge tells her that he'll be right there. As he hangs up the phone and says they should be going, Brooke tells him to go over there without her. Ridge tells her that he loves her, and he assures her that they'll get married when the time is right, when she is "truly, truly ready."

Middle kids Thorne and Kristen toast their parents...
Soon after, Ridge arrives at the Forrester mansion for the party. He greets Kristen and they get caught up on what's going on in each other's lives. When Stephanie asks where Brooke is, Ridge responds that Brooke isn't coming and tells Stephanie to consider that her anniversary present. The party resumes, with Thorne and Kristen gathering everyone together for the next toast. Stephanie and Eric's two middle children talk about how their loves have taken such diverse paths, but they're always connected by the presence of their parents in their lives. Thorne tells his parents that he never understood the love they gave him until he became a father himself, but now he totally gets it. He and Kristen consider themselves blessed to have had their parents in their lives and wish for them to still be part of those lives for years to come.

... and then it's Ridge and Felicia's turn.
With the middle kids done, the oldest and youngest siblings take their turn. Ridge decides to go first, since he knows Felicia always has to have the last word. He tells his parents that he won't sugarcoat this, since he knows that Eric and Stephanie have had their ups and downs over the years. But at the same time, he knows better than anyone how destiny makes people find their true soul mates. Telling his mother not to roll her eyes, he enthuses that Eric and Stephanie are meant to be together, despite the "outside forces" that have tried to pull them apart of late. He states that he hopes his parents will follow their destiny and stay together. Eric and Stephanie thank him for the sentiment. Stephanie then turns to Felicia, thanking her for all her efforts putting this party together. Felicia takes that as her cue to go into her own toast. She says that Thorne was right that becoming parents themselves helped her and siblings understand just how much their parents did for them over the years. She knows Eric might feel like he's here tonight for some last hurrah before starting a life with "she who shall not be named," but being here with the family tonight has gotten her thinking about how she was the one to reunite her parents last time, on her deathbed. Laughing that she doesn't want to do that again, she points to the loyalty and devotion to each other that make their family unique, and she thinks that starts with her parents. She begs Eric not to let anything come between him and Stephanie again.

Stephanie and Eric thank their kids for tonight's party.
With the kids' toasts done, Stephanie and Eric have some words of their own. Stephanie starts off by saying how this anniversary party has turned out to be a celebration of their family and their lifetime together. She knows that her attempts to always do what she thought was best for the family didn't always turn out right, but she did all those things with the best of intentions. The only thing she wants, she states, is to spend the rest of her life with her husband. Eric responds by giving her a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Eric then says that it occurs to him now that this family is his greatest achievement. He fells that his kids are his most wonderful designs ever, thanks to input from their mother, and he wants them to know how much he loves them. Trying to hold back the tears, he praises Stephanie for being his wife and raising this remarkable group of children gathered with them tonight. "Standing here with you," he tells Stephanie and the kids, "I realize that my mission in this life has been accomplished." Calling Stephanie the most maddening, confusing, infuriating person he's ever known, he tells her he loves her and gives her a tender kiss on the lips. Felicia then comes over, holding back tears of her own, and begs Eric not to leave their family, especially not for "her." She pleads, "Please, give Mom another chance because she deserves it. Don't leave your family, Dad."
