Rick and Phoebe aren't happy about C.J.'s video upload.

At Insomnia, Rick and Phoebe discuss Nick's suspicion that Ridge set him up for Shane's death. Phoebe can't believe her dad would do something like that. Rick doesn't want to believe it, either, but this whole thing reminds him of the Grant Chambers shooting. Phoebe asks who Grant is. Before Rick can answer, Felicia comes in and blasts the couple for putting their video on the Internet without telling her. "What video?" Rick and Phoebe both ask. C.J. overhears and says that he can clear this up. He brings Rick, Phoebe and Felicia over to his laptop and has Madison show them the video of Rick and Phoebe's latest performance on "AmazingNewArtists.Com" Madison proudly proclaims that it's gotten thousands of hits already, but the Forresters aren't pleased, especially with the huge "Insomnia Cafe" logo dead center on the wall in the video. C.J. asks his best friend Rick what's wrong with a little free PR, especially since it can make stars of Rick and Phoebe. The problem, Rick says, is that he and Phoebe are trying to keep things quiet, since Ridge still doesn't approve of their relationship. It's a little too late for that, Felicia states, since anyone can be watching that video now. Phoebe and Rick sit down to chat. Phoebe asks Rick why he was so hard on C.J. Rick doesn't want to be mad at his best friend, but he can't help but worry about all the wackos on the Internet. Phoebe thanks him for being so protective, but she doesn't see much harm. She thanks him with a kiss anyway and suggests they go off somewhere, but Rick has a meeting and has to leave.

Constantine is taken by Phoebe.

Somewhere in L.A., a long haired bearded young man navigates through his musical instrument filled loft and sits at his laptop to surf the 'Net. After skimming an article about Nick's arrest, he surfs to "AmazingNewArtists.Com," where he sees the clip of Rick and Phoebe. He's surprised that the clip got 5,000 hits in less than 12 hours. He then reads a blog comment about the "kissing cousins" making beautiful music (even though they're technically uncle and niece, although not by blood) and wonders what's up with that. While making some phone calls, he searches the Web and finds some photos of Phoebe. Intrigued by the Forrester Originals spokesmodel's pretty face, he tells himself, "Constantine, you need to check this out in person." At Insomnia, Madison asks Phoebe why Rick was so unhappy about the video upload. Phoebe reminds her friend that Rick's family has had more scandals than Anna Nicole, so he can't help but worry. Still, she's sure he'll come around. Constantine enters and asks C.J. about Phoebe. C.J. points her out. While C.J. wonders what this guy wants with Phoebe, Constantine goes over to Phoebe's table as she drops her cell phone. As Constantine picks up the phone and hands it to her, Phoebe recognizes him as singer/record producer Constantine and is shocked that he's talking to her! Constantine says he's also excited, since he's been waiting for a girl like her.

Ridge tells his mother about Nick's visit earlier.

Ridge is in his office, telling his mother about Nick's visit earlier. He fears that Nick is piecing things together now that he knows Shane was at their offices. Stephanie tells him that Nick spoke to Ashley, too. Ridge frets that Nick involved Ashley now; Stephanie thinks she covered by convincing Ashley how desperate Nick is, but she's worried that Ridge needs an airtight alibi and suggests that he leave town today. Ridge thinks that might raise questions, especially from Nick. Stephanie tells him to let her handle Nick while he makes plans to take the company jet to Paris for their boutique opening there. She concedes things might be a little more difficult now, but she'll manage. She just needs Ridge to get going before Taylor sees him, since she's sure his ex-wife will realize that something's going on.

Nick tells Taylor that he intends to prove that Ridge was involved.

At the Marone mansion, Nick paces after a sleepless night spent wondering if Ridge killed Shane. A concerned Taylor tells him to calm down. Nick understands that this is hard for her, since Ridge is her ex and the father of her children, but he thinks this is starting to make sense since his talk with Ashley last night. He tells Taylor that he went to confront Ridge after leaving Ashley's, and the look in Ridge's eyes convinced him that he's right about who set him up. Now he just has to prove it, and he hopes to do that by forcing Lt. Baker to reopen the investigation. Taylor points out that there's no proof. Because Forrester's dear Mommy helped him cover it up, Nick speculates. He tells Taylor how Ashley never got to talk to Ridge that night, even though he broke their date. When Ashley stopped by Ridge's office, he wasn't there, so Ashley called Stephanie. Later that night, Ashley knocked on Ridge's door, but Stephanie was there, too, claiming that Ridge was on the phone with Sydney. Nick bets there's no record of any such call in the Forrester Originals phone logs. Taylor tells Nick that Stephanie was very anxious to hear what kind of leads he had to clear his name. That only reinforces Nick's belief that Stephanie planned this cover-up. He concedes that Shane's death might have been an accident, but he wants to get to the bottom of this before their child is born. Taylor asks him to let her talk to Ridge first, since she'll know if he's lying just by looking him in the eye.

Taylor grills a nervous Stephanie.

Soon after, Taylor arrives at Ridge's office and finds he's not there, but Stephanie is. Taylor explains to Stephanie that Phoebe told her that Shane was here the night he died, so she wants to know if Ridge saw anything that night. Stephanie laments that Taylor's is buying Nick's nonsense theories, but Taylor says she just wants the truth. Stephanie sits down at Ridge's desk, disappointed by how little faith Taylor has in her ex-husband, the father of her children. Taylor recounts what Phoebe told her and Nick about Shane's aggressive behavior, so she didn't think it was so far-fetched that Ridge would run into Shane if he was working that night. Stephanie covers by saying that Ridge was with her all night, talking about how upset he was about Brooke. She claims to have told a little white lie when Ashley came by by saying that Ridge was on the phone, since Ridge was too embarrassed to face Ashley. Taylor asks if that's the only thing Stephanie hasn't been honest about. Stephanie starts nervously tapping a pencil as she evasively asks Taylor what she's accusing her of. Taylor says that Stephanie knows more than she's saying, but Stephanie nervously counters that Taylor is believing everything Nick says, and that disappoints La Forrester. Taylor admits that Ridge was a very important part of her life, but she needs answers now. Stephanie asks what kind of answers Taylor wants; she sees she's tapping the pencil and stops. Taylor asks where Ridge is; when Stephanie says he's in Paris on business and offers to pass on a message, Taylor says she'll call him herself. Convinced she has the answers she needs, Taylor leaves.

Stephanie tells Ridge to stick to the plan.

Ridge returns to the office and finds his mother is worried. Stephanie explains that Taylor was just here and worries that Taylor is bright enough to pick up on subtle things that no one else would see. Ridge doesn't see how he can keep lying if Taylor knows and insists that it has to stop. Stephanie urges him to stick to the plan and get to Paris - and stay there!

Storm gives Nick some advice.

Storm stops by the Marone mansion to hear Nick's latest theory. Nick wants to go to the press, but Storm thinks they might alienate the police and the D.A. by telling the press that the police are doing shoddy work. He suggests they call Lt. Baker over and tell him what Nick learned about Shane being last seen in Ridge's office at Forrester Originals and about Ridge suddenly canceling his date with Ashley. If the lieutenant doesn't act on the new information, then they'll take it to the press. Nick is fine with that as long as Storm understands that they can't let Ridge and Stephanie get away with framing him, no matter what Lt. Baker does.
