Christian admits his feelings.
At the Forrester guest house, Felicia playfully flirts with Christian while he tries to examine her. Despite Felicia trying to move his stethoscope around her chest, Christian finishes and says he has some news: her recovery is solid, so she doesn't need a live in doctor anymore. As Felicia shows how pleased she is, Christian says he'll miss her. He always wanted to be a doctor, but with all his studies, his patients just became organisms to him. But in caring for Felicia, not just as a patient, but as a woman, she reminded him what it means to really care. He even took her mother up on the offer to live here after becoming enamored of Felicia by watching the videos of her that Stephanie gave him, late at night. Felicia laughs at the thought of him thinking of her late at night. He asks her to be serious; he's interested in her as a woman, he admits, even with her making jokes. When she's with him, she quips, she either has to make jokes or blush. Still, she wants to be honest with him. While she's amazed that they only kissed that one time while they lived under the same roof, she's not sure where things stand with Bridget and Dante. She thinks she owes it to her son to see if there's a chance for him to be raised by both his parents. Christian agrees and says he understands. That said, Felicia sends him to get packed. Christian says he's going - but before he does, he wants her to know that he'd really like to stay.

Felicia thinks her doctor is a good kisser.
Felicia helps Christian pack. She asks what would happen if she said she hates seeing him go. He says he's believe her. Still, he doesn't think she has reason to worry. He accepted a job at University Hospital, so he'll still be in town. He tells Felicia that she's doing the right thing, thinking about having a chance for her and Dante to raise their son together. She asks where he'll be staying. He says he'll be staying with his brother until he finds a place. She laughs that he should watch out, since firemen can get him in trouble. He says he'll remember that and then asks why he he feels like he's walking out on the best thing that ever happened to him. She says he's better off without her; she's a messed up naughty girl who's full of contradictions, while he's a straight laced doctor. He then kisses her. She adds that he happens to be the greatest kisser. He remarks with a smile that he graduated first in his class. Looking into his eyes, Felicia thinks about having to choose between the father of her child and a great kissing doctor who saved her life; what's a girl to do? she asks.

Eric and Stephanie are pleased that Brooke accepted the offer to be CEO.
In the CEO's office at Forrester, Brooke takes Nick aside and asks if he's sure about what he just said. He told her earlier... He tells her to forget what he said before. He sees now that she made Forrester Creations what it is today, so he won't let anyone take that from her. He wants her to be happy. Smiling, Brooke gives him a big hug and thanks him as Ridge, Eric and Stephanie look on. Nick says he has to go. Brooke promises him that he won't regret his decision. Take charge, he tells her as he leaves. Once he's gone, Ridge tells Brooke to go ahead and make it official, so she proudly announces that she accepts Stephanie's offer to be CEO of Forrester! Bravo, Eric says, confident that they'll do great things together. It's a new beginning, Stephanie promises. Ridge hugs Brooke and tells her that she's home at last. As they sit down to sign the papers, Ridge bets it feels good. It does, Brooke admits, especially since she was about to turn down the offer. Eric asks what changed her mind. She replies that Nick did. At first, he wanted her to leave Forrester, and she agreed, because he means so much to her. But something changed his mind today, even though she doesn't know what it is. Eric says it really doesn't matter. All he cares about is that Brooke is back here where she belongs. Ridge agrees with that.

Thorne and Darla welcome Brooke back to Forrester.
Eric tells Brooke that he'll have her stuff moved in here today. She says that she doesn't want to take his office. He tells her that he's had his time up here, so it's her turn now. He thinks the change has done him good. Stephanie agrees; she thanks Eric for being so gracious, since he's right that this should be Brooke's office. Ridge then thinks they should get down to business and talk about their plans, starting with the Bedroom line. Eric thinks they should go slowly, since there might be some resistance to that line. Stephanie reminds him that she already gave her blessing on the Bedroom line. Just then, Thorne and Darla come in and ask if the news is true. It is, Eric replies: Brooke is their new CEO. Thorne and Darla congratulate Brooke, who thanks them both. Thorne points out that they have a ton of reporters camped out waiting for some news. Ridge agrees that they need to make an announcement to the press immediately. There's so much to do, Brooke gushes. And it's all fun, fun, fun, Ridge states. Brooke agrees that it's the best feeling to be back where she belongs. In fact, it's better than it was before, since Stephanie has accepted her now. Stephanie says it's a new start for the family and for the company - and she wants to be clear that Brooke is part of this family. The two women hug.

Stephen is impressed by Nick’s generosity.
Nick enters his office at Marone and finds Stephen there. He asks Stephen about what they spoke about on the phone. Stephen shows Nick the certificates for Taylor's Forrester stock, which Taylor has signed over to Brooke. Nick wants to be sure that everything is legit, so he asks his assistant to send in Harrison and DeMarco. That sounds like the name of a law firm, Stephen notes. It is, Nick replies: those men are his lawyers. He needs them to look everything over to make sure there is no way that the Forresters can contest Brooke's controlling interest in the company. While they wait for the lawyers, Nick asks Stephen what changed Taylor's mind. Stephen tells him how Stephanie slapped Taylor after a heated argument; now Taylor just wants to be free of the Forresters. Stephanie made a big mistake, Nick comments. Stephen agrees. Nick adds that Brooke no longer needs to be disappointed by Eric, Stephanie or Ridge. She can fire them all, Stephen points out. When the attorneys arrive, Nick has them look over the stocks and the Forrester by laws. They conclude that Forrester is a public company, so Taylor is free to sell her stock to another party. So once Taylor gets paid the agreed upon amount, Brooke Logan will be the majority stockholder in Forrester Creations. Nick tells them to go ahead and pay Taylor - and in fact, he wants them to double the amount. Stephen notes how generous Nick is. Sometimes, Nick replies.

Ridge assures Brooke that the best is yet to come.
In the Forrester CEO's office, Brooke sits in a chair next to Ridge and asks if he's OK. She hopes he's not overdoing it after his heart problems, with everything that's going on. Ridge tells her that he's fine; her being here has done more for his heart than any doctors or medicine ever could. Brooke is glad, because she needs her lead designer. She asks him if this is really happening. It is, he says. When he watched her with his mother earlier, he tells her, they finally got what they always wanted. He thinks that with Brooke at the helm and his mother's support, they can make Forrester better than it ever was and take over the fashion industry. And now their son will grow up in a family without all the conflicts going on. All that's over now. He tells his Logan that anything's possible now. Brooke reminds him that she's committed to Nick. And to this company, he retorts, which has been so much a part of their lives. Brooke warns him not to use their proximity; he says he doesn't have to use anything, since things just happen when they're together. Brooke suggests ending this conversation. Ridge is OK with that, since he wants to get to work. He has his muse, his inspiration back. And with the two of them working together, he knows that the best is yet to come. She lays her head on his shoulder and they hug.

Nick ponders the idea that Brooke is free of the Forresters now.
In Nick's office, Stephen recalls how helpless he always felt against the Forresters. He's waited for years to redeem himself in Brooke's eyes, and all his hard work has paid off now that Brooke has control of the company she loves. Nick tells him that he did a good thing for the right reasons. He thinks of Stephen as part of his and Brooke's family now, just like his mother. As for Ridge and Stephanie, they're finally out of Brooke's life. They don't have a hold on Brooke anymore, so she's finally free. As Nick considers that notion, we see Brooke and Ridge still hugging back at Forrester.
