Bridget can't believe Darla is gone.
Dante comes home and finds Bridget on the deck, thinking about Darla. She laments that she thought she could always count on Thorne and Darla. That's why it's so hard to believe that Darla's gone, and that their kids won't have Aunt Darla to talk to. Dante notes that she referred to THEIR kids and asks if that means. She replies, "No, I'm not pregnant. We just started trying, you silly goose." Dante asks if she still wants to try. She asks what he thinks, but he decides to show her instead.

Dante wonders if Bridget might be pregnant.
After they make love, Dante and Bridget lie in bed. He tells her that he has to go to Forrester, to help out while Thorne's out. But before he goes, he asks when she last had her period. Bridget isn't sure; Dante thinks it was six weeks ago, when they were watching the basketball playoffs. [Oh, sure: don't all couples talk about stuff like that while watching sports together?] Was it that long ago? Bridget asks, guessing that she just lost track of time. Dante asks if she could be pregnant. Bridget suggests that they find out, so Dante offers to pick up a home pregnancy kit before heading over to Forrester. Bridget tells him to go on ahead to the office, since she can pick up the test kit. It won't take long, and she'll bring the results by Forrester once she's done. With that, she sends an anxious Dante to the shower. Later, Bridget returns home with the pregnancy test kit. As she considers that it's been six weeks since her last period, she wonders if she could really be pregnant.

Felicia reminds Dante of what he passed up.
Dante arrives at Forrester and heads for the basement office to get to work. [What happened to his studio in "the attic"?] Felicia drops by. Dante is apprehensive when he sees her, but she assures him she's not stalking him. She was just on a break from helping Thorne and thought she's bring Dominick down to see his dad. Dante is thrilled to see his son and marvels at how fast his son has grown. "If you're not there every moment, you miss so much," Felicia retorts, telling Dante that they could have been happy together, along with their son. As Dante talks to his son in Italian, Felicia tells him that they still can be happy. He reminds her that his future is with Bridget. Felicia knows he thinks that, but she also knows how important family is to him. That's why she's sure he'll realize someday that bring in a family with Felicia and Dino would make him even happier. Sensing that Dante is not comfortable, Felicia offers to take Dominick and leave. Just then, Bridget bursts in and tells Dante that she took the test! Test? Felicia asks. As in pregnancy? She asks if the two of them are trying to have a baby. Bridget asks Felicia for some time alone with Dante. Of course not, Felicia replies, instead asking Bridget if she's pregnant.
Over at Brooke's place, Brooke chats with Donna in the bedroom. She gives Donna some lingerie outfits to try out, to see if Donna's ready to replace her as spokesmodel for Brooke's Bedroom. Throwing the outfits down, Donna sees no need to try out, since she has no interest in modeling. Besides, she thinks the Bedroom line is something Brooke created with Ridge, so she still can't understand Brooke's walking away from it just because Nick interfered. "You're talking about my husband," Brooke warns, reminding Donna that this was her decision, because she understands Nick's issues with Ridge given what's happened with Ridge and Stephanie. Donna suggests that Brooke is the one with issues, because she's sure Brooke is still in love with Ridge. Brooke admits that her feelings for Ridge will never just vanish, and Nick knows that. Donna frets that Brooke is staying away from Ridge out of fear of what will happen if she doesn't hold back. Brooke tells Donna to stop, stressing that her future is with Nick, not Ridge. Donna says she just wants Brooke to be happy. Brooke says that Nick makes her happy, and Hope adores him. Noting how Bridget had her heart broken so Brooke could be with Nick, Donna suggests that Brooke walked away from her destiny with Ridge and married Nick just for her kids' sakes. Brooke says she's charted a new course in life. Donna can't believe that her sister is sounding like, "Captain Logan," especially since she doesn't think this "new course" will make Brooke happy. Brooke states that she IS happy and tells Donna to get dressed.

Nick watches Brooke put her sister through her paces.
Brooke heads downstairs and finds Nick meticulously working on a model boat that he calls, "The Good Ship Marone." She hates to ask, but could he take that to another room so Donna can try out to be the model for Brooke's Bedroom? Nick asks why he has to take all these pieces to another room. Brooke says she wants to put Donna through her paces, to see if her sister can handle the runway. So she's teaching Donna the strides? he asks. There's more to it, Brooke says, but Nick doubts that and decides to stay, to offer a man's opinion. Donna comes in and says she doesn't think so, so Nick reminds her that he caught a peek this morning. Brooke tells Donna that she'll have to get over her modesty if she's going to wear lingerie for all kinds of men to see. Like catalogs, Nick quips, where guys order goodies for their sweethearts. Brooke gives him a look and tells Donna to take off the robe. Donna is reluctant because Nick is staying - to work on his own model, he quips - but she goers ahead. Brooke has Donna walk up and down the runway, trying to look like she's sexy and having fun while not looking like a street walker. Nick quips that it worked for him; when both Brooke and Donna look at him, he decides to shut up.

A lingerie clad Donna makes her pitch for Brooke.
After a few more tries, Brooke is pleased with what she sees, while Donna feels like she had to walk like she was giving herself a bad back. Piece of cake, Donna quips. Brooke explains that the catwalk is only one part of this and tells Donna to act like a spokesperson, telling how she feels about the line. At first, Donna feels funny talking about bras and panties. But when Brooke asks if this is important to her, Donna says it is, because she knows it's important to Brooke. From there, she goes into a pitch about the times she spent in Brooke's Bedroom when they were younger, sharing secrets and connecting. That's what this line is about, she says. It's about not being afraid to feel, and about celebrating who you are as a woman, like it's the ultimate gift. Brooke thanks Donna, who asks if she has the job. Nick tells Brooke that she might have just found the new face of Brooke's Bedroom.

Ridge gets a call from Donna.
When Donna goes to put the outfits back upstairs, she comes across a photo album filled with pictures of Brooke and Ridge. She then calls Ridge and tells him that Brooke is considering her to be the new model for Brooke's Bedroom. She knows no one can take Brooke's place, but she feels like Brooke wants this and is only passing on doing it herself... Because of Nick, Ridge guesses. Donna tells him that Brooke claimed to be happy, but she doesn't think Brooke could ever be happy without Ridge.
Downstairs, Nick tells Brooke that Donna gets it. He thinks Donna will be the perfect choice to model the outfits for Brooke's Bedroom. Brooke thinks it might work with a little work, but Nick assures her that it will be a good thing, since she can run the company from Marone without having to see the Forresters. Brooke says she knows, but this is hard for her, because Brooke's Bedroom is the height of her success at Forrester. Nick admits he's asked a lot of Brooke to get where they are, and that won't stop. But he wants her to know he does that because he doesn't believe she needs Forrester Creations. He thinks Donna is the perfect agent to free Brooke of the Forrester family's hold on her. In that case, Brooke says, she'll do it! Pleased, Nick gives Brooke a hug, just in time for Donna to come down and witness the embrace. Donna looks convinced that she was right about Brooke's relationship with Ridge.
