Felicia wants some time before revealing Dominick's paternity.
Dante stops by the guest house, bringing a latte for Felicia and a "formula style" latte for "his boy." He asks her when she's going to tell Nick and Bridget about Dominick, he wants to know. Felicia tells him he's relentless. He asks why she didn't say anything last night. The timing was wrong, she insists. Then tell them now, Dante states. She says that this isn't a good time, because they're having a memorial service for Nicole. She can't put it off forever, Dante says. Felicia says she knows. Dante takes the baby from the playpen and asks Felicia if he can stay with his son while she's at the memorial service. She asks him to give her ten minutes to shower first. He agrees and steps outside.

Eric wonders what Taylor's having Felicia's file means for Felicia's prognosis.
At the Forrester mansion, Stephanie tells Eric about the folder with Felicia's name that she saw at Taylor's. Taylor wouldn't give her any details, she explains. Could it mean that Felicia is starting a new treatment for her cancer? Eric wonders. Stephanie says that she was hoping the same thing. Since Taylor wouldn't tell her anything, she wants to go over to the guest house to ask Felicia. Just then, Nick and Bridget arrive. Eric and Stephanie greet them. Bridget thanks Stephanie for letting them have the service here. "Anything for you," Stephanie replies, hugging Bridget. She then looks at Nick and adds, "For both of you." Bridget says that they appreciate it. She and Nick will get through this, and they can only thank God that they have Dominick to bring some light to their lives. Bridget hopes that Felicia is bringing Dominick to the service. Stephanie says that she was just about to check on Felicia, so she excuses herself and heads to the guest house.

Taylor urges Dante not to say anything about Dominick today.
Taylor walks by the pool on the way the mansion for the service, and she sees Dante sitting there. She asks if he's going to the service. He says that Felicia is letting him stay with Dominick during the service. So they're working things out? Taylor asks. Dante admits that he thinks Felicia is holding off on telling Nick and Bridget, so she won't have to deal with it. They might have to deal with it soon, Taylor says, since Stephanie stopped by her house last night and saw the file with Felicia's tests. She kept Stephanie from looking at the file and told her that she couldn't discuss it, but she knows how persistent Stephanie can be when she wants answers. She just hopes Felicia can avoid Stephanie today. If Stephanie knows, Dante speculates, the whole family will soon know. And that will be devastating, Taylor says. Dante agrees that it will be painful, but the fact is that Dominick IS his son. He refuses to hide his love for his son, which is why he's frustrated that Felicia still wants Nick and Bridget to raise her son. He explains that Felicia has taken comfort in knowing that Nick and Bridget will raise Dominick, but at the same time, he won't let Nick raise his son. Taylor reminds him that he can't raise a baby alone. He admits he will need help, and his son will need a mother. Taylor asks if he's using Dominick to get Bridget back.
Dante assures Taylor that he would never hold his son hostage for anyone's love, not even for Bridget. But still, he can't help but think about the fact that he and Nick don't exactly get along. He wonders if Nick will feel the same way about Dominick when he finds out who the boy's mother. He also wonders if Bridget will still want to raise the baby, or if Nick and Bridget's marriage will even hold up after they lost Nicole. If Nick leaves Bridget, Dante predicts, he'll run eight to Brooke. Taylor doesn't want to discuss this. But it affects her, Dante says. The only thing that should be affecting them is Bridget, Taylor states. She thinks Bridget needs her husband and Dominick to move on after her loss, so it would be wrong for Dante to take the baby from them right now. Dante says they he won't do anything today, but he won't keep secrets from Bridget. The truth WILL come out, Taylor says, but it should happen later, when everyone's emotions are running so high.

Stephanie wants answers from Felicia.
Stephanie lets herself into the guest house and finds Felicia leaving the bedroom after putting Dominick down. She takes a look at her daughter and is glad to see Felicia looking healthier today. Felicia says she needs to look healthy today for Bridget. Stephanie asks Felicia if she's changed her mind about getting treatment. Felicia asks her mother why she'd think that, so Stephanie tells her that she was at Taylor's last night and saw Taylor had Felicia's medical file. Felicia asks if Taylor told her anything. She wouldn't, Stephanie says, which is why she's here. She wants Felicia to know that she and Eric will be there for her, ready to do anything to help her beat this cancer. Felicia tells her mother that she has it all wrong. She's not seeking treatment. That file had nothing to do with cancer treatments, but rather, was about Dominick. Is anything wrong with the baby? Stephanie asks. He's fine, Felicia says. The tests had to do with all her plans for her son, plans that are falling apart. Stephanie hopes she's not worried that Nick will let something interfere with raising that child. But he isn't Nick's son, Felicia blurts out. Stephanie asks what she means. It means that she thought Nick was Dominick's father, Felicia replies, but he isn't. Dominick's father is Dante Damiano.
Stunned, Stephanie asks how Dante could be the father. Felicia tells her about the night in Nice that she and Dante first met. She thought they had used protection, she says. Stephanie sarcastically says that she shouldn't be shocked after all the warnings she gave to her party girl daughter not to jump into bed with every bum she met in a bar! And then she comes back here and tells Nick that he's the father?! Felicia grows angry and insists that she really believed he was the father. Then why have a DNA test? Stephanie asks. At least she didn't wait 40 years like Stephanie did with Ridge! Felicia retorts. Stephanie doesn't take that well and slaps Felicia! Holding her face where it was slapped, Felicia tells her mother to stop. This isn't about her sexual habits, she says, but about her son's future. She asks Stephanie if she can deal with that. Stephanie considers Felicia's words and responds with an embrace. She asks Felicia if Dante knows. He was the one who wanted the test, Felicia explains, and she was so sure Nick was the father that she went ahead. And now... Felicia starts to cry as her mother holds her. Felicia suggests that her mom help her convince Dante to let Nick and Bridget adopt Dominick. Stephanie wonders if Nick could raise another man's son. Felicia says that Nick loves that baby. But Nick has lost so much, Stephanie says. He was heartbroken when he learned that RJ wasn't his son, and now he and Bridget lost Nicole. She fears it might be too much for him and Bridget. Felicia asks her mother to help her convince Nick not to reject Dominick. She only wants her son to have a loving home. Stephanie says that Dominick is her grandson, so she will always love him. She promises that she and Eric will never let Dante take Dominick away from them. Felicia says that they're going to be late for the service, so Stephanie tells her to wash up and come to the house. She kisses Felicia and leaves.

Brooke learns from Nick about Bridget's reaction to Dominick last night.
Up at the main house, Bridget holds the "Nicole" baby blanket as Eric and Nick talk. Brooke arrives. She looks to Nick and Eric and then joins Bridget, who asks if she's crazy to have this service. No, Brooke says, asking why it's crazy to be surrounded by people who love her and Nick, and who want to pay tribute to their daughter. Bridget says that it's just so hard. Even before Nicole was born, she felt like she knew her... her baby girl, she sobs as Brooke hugs her. Bridget then helps Eric arrange a table. Nick comes up to Brooke and tells her how he brought Dominick over last night. Bridget didn't want to look at that baby, he tells Brooke, but she stayed with it and opened her heart to that boy. But then, Felicia called and asked him to bring Dominick home. Brooke worries about that, but Nick says that he couldn't say no given what Felicia's going through. He thinks it's so complicated, but at the same time, that boy brings so much joy to their lives. He doesn't think he could get through this without Dominick.

Bridget and Nick greet their families as they arrive for the service.
The family starts to arrive, offering condolences to Nick and Bridget. Stephanie comes in and says that Felicia is on her way, but Dominick was out of sorts and is napping. Bridget tells Nick that Dominick should be here, no matter how he behaves, since he's Nicole's brother. Nick agrees and goes to the guest house to get the baby. Meanwhile, Stephanie approaches Taylor and asks to talk to her. When Felicia, using her walker, comes in, Stephanie motions her over. Taylor is hesitant, but Felicia says it's OK, as she told her mother about the paternity tests. Taylor apologizes to Stephanie, since she just couldn't say anything. Stephanie says she understands. The problem they have now, she says, is how to tell Nick and Bridget. Taylor tells them that she saw Dante by the pool, and he promised not to say anything to anyone about that today.

Dante blurts out the truth to Nick.
Nick arrives at the guest house and is stunned to find Dante holding Dominick. Dante says that he offered to watch Dominick while Felicia went to the service. Nick tells the Italian artist that he's here to take Dominick to the house for the service. But Felicia asked him to watch the baby, Dante replies. Dominick belongs with him and Bridget today, Nick says, suggesting that Dante get his own baby. Dante asks Nick if they can bury the hostility between them, as it would be best for everyone. "For everyone? Or for you?" Nick asks, stating that he's not falling for Dante's act. He bets Dante is already drooling at the thought that his marriage to Bridget will fall apart since she lost the baby, but he assures Dante that it's not going to happen. He warns Dante to stay away from his wife and son and instructs Dante to get out of his way so he could take his son. Dante asks Nick to let it go, but Nick pushes forward, saying that Dante won't keep him from his son. Pushed too far, Dante says to Nick, "He's not your son!" Nick tells him to shut up, so Dante points a finger and says, loudly and with conviction, "Dominick is not your son!"
