Stephanie warns Bridget not to take Felicia's son to Italy.
Bridget stops by the Forrester mansion on her way to pick up Dominick; Stephanie called her there to make one last pitch for her not to take the baby to Italy. Bridget is upset that Stephanie, as usual, is getting involved where she shouldn't. Stephanie points out that Dominick is her grandson. It's only a week, Bridget says. And Felicia will still be here, Stephanie states, without the son she needs with her. Bridget says that she and Dante have the right to do this. Stephanie points out that Felicia drew up those guardianship papers when she thought she was dying, so that document might not even be legal. But Felicia still might die at some point, Bridget points out; she asks if Stephanie expects her to just be like a total stranger to Dino now, to be reintroduced to him if and when Felicia dies. Stephanie says that she won't forget what Bridget was willing to do for Dominick, but it's no longer necessary, since his mother is alive. She recalls how Felicia drew up those papers trusting that Bridget would honor her wishes for Dominick, and she asks Bridget if she thinks she's honoring those wishes now. Bridget says that she loves her sister, and she thinks Felicia would see that if Stephanie would just stop agitating. Felicia won't forget just because her son is 10,000 miles away, Stephanie says, offering Bridget one last chance to change her mind about taking the baby to Italy. "Before you what?" Bridget asks.
At the guest house, Christian lets Dante in. Dante asks if Dino is ready. Christian says he is, since he helped Felicia pack a bag for him. Felicia comes out and says her son is ready, but she's not. Dante tries to reassure her, giving her all his contact numbers in Italy and instructions on how to use a web site to view the web-cam his cousin set up. Felicia gives him warnings about what to feed Dominick, to make sure he doesn't get sick. Dante promises not to let that happen. But if it does, Felicia asks, where will he find a pediatrician? Christian points out that Bridget's last rotation was in pediatrics. Felicia tells Dante not to look down on Christian, the only reason she's been able to deal at all with the idea of this trip. Thank God for him, Dante quips, telling Felicia that this type of sharing is what Dino's life will be all about now. Bridget comes in and asks if Dino is ready. Felicia says that her mom wanted to see Bridget before she left. Stephanie comes in behind Bridget and says with resignation, "I tried."

Bridget and Felicia agree to disagree.
Bridget and Felicia go into the bedroom, where Bridget asks if Felicia is angry with her. Felicia doesn't think Bridget is being fair. Bridget says it's only a week, and she asks Felicia to consider Dante's rights as the father, but Felicia resents Dante getting the reward of taking her son to Italy like a trophy because he walked her back from a bar when she was drunk. Bridget points out how many children are conceived by parents who were not in love. What's important, she says, is that Dante is a good man who loves his son. She hugs Felicia, and the two of them tell each other how much they love the other. Bridget thinks they have to agree that there are no rules, so there is the possibility of someone being hurt. But the point is that if they do hurt each other, it's not out of malice. Felicia nods and jokes that, as her mother can attest to, she didn't share well with others in school. Bridget laughs that she'll keep that in mind. The guys walk in and Dante asks if they have everything. Felicia bids her son as Stephanie says it's not too late to change their minds. Bridget says that Felicia knows how to reach them. Dante thinks they should be going, so Bridget tells Christian to take care of her sister. Christian says he will. Felicia then tearfully watches as Bridget and Dante leave with the baby. She turns to her mother, noting that Stephanie swore this would not happen. She goes to her bedroom, with Christian following. "Yes, I did," Stephanie says aloud to herself.

Stephen is angry with Ridge.
At Brooke's house, Stephen angrily grabs Ridge by the shoulders. He says that Ridge forced himself on his daughter, so he wants Ridge to go right now! Brooke tells her dad to stop, but Stephen refuses to leave her alone with Ridge. Brooke assures him that she's not afraid of Ridge, so he hesitantly leaves. Brooke then tells Ridge that she isn't ready to have this conversation, but she guesses that what he wants comes first. Ridge thanks her for telling her dad that she isn't afraid of him. She isn't, she says. But she is ashamed. Ridge tells her again how sorry he is. He wanted that night so much to be their time, so he heard what he wanted to hear. He just hopes he hasn't ruined everything. Brooke says that he has; he ruined the life she was trying to build for herself, and the person she was trying to be for Nick and for her kids. Ridge says that's the worst part; he feels like he ruined something holy between them. Brooke walks over to him and says that she knows he loves her, and that he would never try to hurt him. Still, she hopes he's not asking her to forget, because she can't. She can, however, forgive him - and even though that may be giving him one allowance too many, she does.

Nick wants answers from Taylor.
In the basement office at Forrester, Nick demands that a reluctant Taylor tell him what Ridge said to her about last night. Taylor says he'll have to make his peace with this like the rest of them have. The rest of who? he asks. Everyone who gets drawn into Ridge and Brooke's world, she says. She reminds him of the night they got drunk together at Chuck's; he was upset because he thought he saw something, she says, and she wants him to recall how he felt. Nick thinks she sounds like she's saying Brooke and Ridge slept together, but he knows that didn't happen. Taylor is silent. Nick refuses to believe that Brooke slept with Ridge, but Taylor refuses to say anything. Nick notes how desperate Ridge was to get Brooke back. Maybe so, Taylor says. Nick asks what she means. She asks if Brooke was on some medication. Nick asks what that has to do with anything. Taylor then tells him that what happened might not have been consensual. Nick is furious as he realizes that Ridge told her that he took advantage of Brooke while she took those pills. Taylor says it's just like she told him before: Brooke and Ridge always wind up back together, even if one or both of them say it's not what they want. An angry Nick takes out his cell phone and calls Brooke, asking if Ridge did what he thinks to her last night! Brooke tells her that she's OK, but that's enough to confirm for Nick what Ridge did. He swears to God that he'll kill that bastard and tells Brooke not to go anywhere. He then hangs up the phone and bolts out of the office, walking past Taylor.
Brooke hangs up and tells Ridge that Nick knows what happened and is on his way over. Ridge says that he doesn't care about Nick, but Brooke frantically says that Nick won't understand. She tells Ridge to go to Big Bear while she calms Nick down. He asks why she should have to make everything OK with Nick. She reminds Ridge that he put her in this position, so she's asking him to do this. Ridge thanks her for giving him some hope. He knows she thinks there is no "us," but he can't accept that. She tells him to go. He agrees to do it for her sake. He then calls Sally and tells her to send a package for him up to Big Bear. Nick comes by Sally's desk as she ends the call and asks where Ridge was calling from, but she's busy calling a courier to take a parcel to Ridge Forrester at Big Bear. Nick picks up the package and tells her that he'll deliver this personally and storms off.

Brooke is stunned by Taylor's accusations.
Taylor goes to Brooke's house and asks if Brooke is OK. Brooke asks why she wouldn't be. Taylor says that she feared Ridge and Nick would have torn each other to pieces after the way Nick stormed off. Brooke is stunned that Taylor is the one who told Nick. Taylor explains how she found Ridge in his office, ridden with guilt, and the next thing she knows, Nick is in her face to tell him what happened. Brooke can't believe that Taylor told Nick. Taylor asks Brooke if she was keeping it a secret. Brooke says she would have found a way to tell Nick without... Without Nick hating her or tearing Ridge apart? Taylor asks. She says she saw how upset Ridge was over what happened, so she has to wonder if Brooke tried to have her cake and eat it, too, by getting to sleep with Ridge while still playing the victim. Brooke asks what Taylor is accusing her of. Taylor points out that Brooke promised not to have sex with Nick until after his divorce; that's an awfully long time for Brooke to go without sex, she states, so she has to wonder if Brooke cooked up this story about taking sedatives so she could have guilt-free sex with Ridge to satisfy her urges. Brooke says she wasn't responsible for what happened. Taylor reminds Brooke that as a psychiatrist, she often prescribes sedatives or mood elevators, but none of her patients ever told her that they had sex while taking those pills with someone they didn't want to. So she's not buying Brooke's story, and she has to wonder how long Nick will buy it for.

Ridge takes a rfile to confront his brother.
Up at the cabin, Ridge is starting a fire when Nick walks in and tosses the package he took from Sally at his older brother. Ridge says that he knows what Nick is thinking, but he apologized to Brooke. Nick thinks Ridge forced himself on Brooke and asks how Ridge can just say he's sorry for that. It wasn't like that, Ridge says. Nick can't believe Ridge would do this to Brooke, who spent half her life dealing with Ridge's act. Ridge tells Nick to take any issues he has up with Brooke. Nick calls him a pig and walks toward him, just as Ridge goes over to the wall and takes a rifle off it. Holding the rifle in hand, he tells Nick, "Back off, little brother!"
