At the Forrester guest house, Felicia apologizes to Bridget for the way she said that Dominick is going to live here. Bridget tells her that she has nothing to be sorry for, because she's the baby's mother, but Felicia says that Dominick belongs to both of them. She points out that her recovery is not a sure thing, so Dominick still needs Bridget. Christian tells Felicia that she's recovering well, since she's cancer free and her body is accepting the liver transplant. Still, Felicia doesn't know how long she has. But she does know how she feels when she looks at her son. Like she loves him so much that her heart will burst, Bridget says. Felicia promises Bridget will be part of her son's life, but Bridget doesn't want any more promises. Felicia asks Dante and Christian to give her some time alone with Bridget, since she intends to figure this out right now.

Dante and Christian disagree.
Christian and Dante step into the living room, where Christian admits he feared this would happen since he saw how attached Bridget was to the baby at the barbecue. Dino is Bridget's son, Dante points out, since Felicia drew up papers to that effect. But that was when Felicia thought she was dying, Christian says. Dante wants to hold Felicia to her bargain, but Christian says this is her biological child. Dante says it's his child, too, which means that he has more to say about this than Christian. The doctor apologizes for overstepping. Dante reminds Christian how Bridget lost a baby, and she thought Dino was going to be hers. Christian says he can imagine how Bridget's feeling now. Can he? Dante asks. Christian apologizes for getting off on the wrong foot. Dante says that what happens with him, Bridget and Felicia is his business. Dr. R. states that Felicia is his patient. Is that all she is? Dante asks. Christian says that he cares about her. Dante tells him to stay out of it, as he and Dino's mother will decide what is best for his son.

Felicia asks Bridget to raise Dominick with her.
In the bedroom, Felicia admits she should have been more sensitive to what Bridget is feeling. She should be dead, she states, and Bridget agreed to raise her son, coming through for her despite any earlier misgivings. Bridget says that she fell in love with the baby, even though she never thought she could be that close to anyone again after Nicole died. The baby was her own special little miracle, and being with him made her feel alive again. Felicia wonders if her son knows how powerful he is. Bridget says Felicia couldn't leave him, so she didn't die. Still, Felicia can't forget the peace of mind she had knowing that Bridget would love and care for her son, and that's why she doesn't want Bridget to give Dominick up. While she intends to be with her son for every minute she has, she wants Bridget to be right there with her. She knows it will take some doing to make it work, but Dominick will have two mommies. Bridget tells Felicia that she loves her and her son so much. "Our son," Felicia corrects her. Bridget asks what will happen if Felicia gets well enough not to need her anymore. Felicia says she'll always need her and asks Bridget if they're in this together. Bridget says she's not good at sharing. But they share a father, Felicia says, and yet she never felt like half-anything. Bridget says she loves her sister's style, so she'd be proud to raise Dominick with her. Just then, Christian comes in with some good news; Felicia's white blood cell count is almost normal. Everyone is thrilled. Dominick fusses in his crib, so the two sisters look at each other say, "You go." Dante settles it and tells his son that papa's coming.

The judge makes his ruling.
In the judge's chambers, Judge Morrisey weighs the arguments made by Prosecutor Gilmore vs. Jackie's lack of an arrest record. An impatient Nick bluntly asks if he can take his mother home, but then apologizes for his outburst. The judge warns him to mind his tongue and then says he has weighed all the evidence, including Massimo's impassioned defense of his ex-wife. Mass points out that Jackie is his son's mother, although in the matter of the affair... Jackie's lawyer, Peter, tries to interrupt, but Mass continues that Jackie would do things differently if she had the chance to do it all over. Peter asks the judge for his ruling. The judge states that he agrees with Ms. Gilmore that, based on Jackie's worldwide holdings, she is a flight risk, so he is holding her without bail. Jackie is understandably upset, while Mass simply looks on. Eric tells Jackie to stay strong. As the judge gets up to leave, Nick asks where he's going. The judge warns Nick not to say any more or he'll be held in contempt. Peter stops Nick, reminding him that he can't help Jackie if he's in jail, too. Nick hears Jackie calling for him as she's handcuffed. He tells her that he will get her out of this. As she's led out, Massimo tells Jackie that he's sorry; she accuses him of doing this to punish her. As Jackie leaves the room, Nick calls to her that he'll get her out of there. And after that, he adds as he looks at Massimo, he'll find out who put her here.

Nick clues Brooke in on his plans.
In the hallway, Brooke asks if the judge's decision is final. Nick says that his mom is locked up until the trial, but none of it makes any sense. Brooke comments that Jackie believes Massimo is responsible, and she thinks that Mass bringing up the divorce couldn't have made Jackie look worse. What matters, Nick says, is getting his mother out of jail. He offers to drop Brooke off before he goes to Jackie M, to see if he can find anything helpful in his mom's files. She tells him to go ahead, as she has some business to take care of. Nick thanks her for being there and gives her a brief kiss. Jackie supported them, she states, so now she'll be there for Jackie.

Brooke issues a warning to Massimo.
Brooke then drops by Massimo's office, where he says he was expecting her. She asks why; he guesses that Nick told her how he feels about their relationship. It's nothing he hasn't said to her face, Brooke says. Mass thinks they understand each other. Brooke says she does, since she's had years of experience with the "Stephanie Forrester School of Parental Manipulation." Massimo replies that Stephanie loves fiercely, as does he. Brooke says that's just an excuse to cover up his need to control their lives. Mass says he can see why his sons would be captivated by a beautiful woman like her. But he'd decided that Ridge is the son who will have her, Brooke replies, even though her future is with Nick. She asks what kind of world he lives in that he thinks he can do that. He thinks she should know the answer. Brooke says she does, because of the way he made Jackie look like an oversexed, adulterous tramp, just to punish her for loving the wrong son. If he expects that to force Nick to leave her, Brooke warns, it won't work. Mass recalls all the times she's returned to Ridge in the past, and he expects that this time will be no different. Brooke tells him that she's love with Nick. But she'll destroy Nick, Mass says. She accuses him of putting Jackie in jail, so he tries to warn her. Brooke issues a warning of her own: if she's right that he set Jackie up, she states, and if Nick ever finds proof of that, then his family dynasty will crumble before him, since Nick will never forgive him for that.

Why is Megan skulking in Jackie's boutique?
At Jackie M's Rodeo Drive boutique, a shadowy figure uses a set of keys to enter. Soon after, Nick arrives and turns on the lights. He goes into Jackie's office and starts looking though notebooks and reports on her desk. Just then, he hears a file drawer in another room open, so he goes to check things out. He heads down the hall and slowly opens a door down the hall, and he's stunned to find Megan there. She seems startled as he asks what she's doing there.
