Stephanie offers help to Gabriela.
At the Forrester mansion, Helen's memorial service is over. Caitlin offers to help Thomas clean up. Tom looks to the terrace, where Stephanie talks with Gabriela, and suggests that they give those two some privacy. Caitlin agrees that Gaby looks upset; and she'll be upset for a while after losing her mom, Tom states. Meanwhile, on the terrace, Gabi apologizes to Stephanie; she sees now that everything Stephanie said about her mom was true. Helen made so many sacrifices for her, and Gabi hoped to repay that once she got out of school, but now she won't get the chance. Stephanie tells Gabi that Helen was proud of her and had no regrets about the sacrifices she made. Gabi thanks her and says she should go, but Stephanie stops her. She says she's worried about how Gabi will get by, especially since she suspects Helen didn't have a will or insurance policy. She didn't, Gabi confirms. Which is why she and Eric wanted to make sure Gabi has what she needs for college, Stephanie explains. She hands Gabi a check; Gabi looks at it and says she can't take this. But it's enough to get her started at any college she wants, Stephanie says. Gabi still insists that she doesn't want Stephanie's money.

Caitlin talks with Stephanie about Gabi’s loss.
Thomas overhears and pulls Stephanie aside. He reminds Stephanie that Gabi's under a lot of stress. Since he knows what Gabi's going through, he offers to help. Stephanie agrees and thanks him. She goes inside, where Caitlin asks what's wrong. Stephanie admits she's worried about Gabi. Caitlin thinks Gabi's doing well given her loss. Stephanie agrees it must be hard; that's why she and Eric wanted to pay for Gabi's college, but Gabi turned her down. Looking outside, to where Thomas has joined Gabi, Caitlin says that's not the kind of help Gabi needs right now.

Thomas tells Gabi that he knows how she feels.
Outside, Gabi tells Thomas not to ask how she is or tell her how sorry he is. He says he won't; he just wants to apologize for his grandma, who can sometimes be pushy. She was just being nice, Gabi says. Too nice, Tom guesses, like everyone else. Gabi doesn't want to sound ungrateful, but how can they know how she feels when she doesn't know herself? Thomas says it's like being help underwater, where everything seems muffled and heavy. She says she wants to go to bed and wake up to find it's a dream. But it's not, Thomas says, and that's the worst part. Gabi says it's so unfair. And it never will be fair, Thomas says. Gabi asks how he knows so much. He tells her that his mom died, too. He was young, but old enough to understand, unlike his sisters. She asks if he misses his mom. Every day, he says. She asks if she ever feels like his mom's there; she felt like that last night, when she couldn't sleep. When she started to doze off, it felt like someone was tucking her in. It was Helen, Thomas says, just like his mom has a way of telling him things. He admits he's never told anyone that. Gabi says she really needs her mom. As she starts to cry, Thomas offers her a comforting hug. Inside, Caitlin watches the embrace.

Massimo and Nick get information about Ridge.
In Massimo's office, Nick's introduced to Ken, the bartender who saw Ridge at Cafe Russe - and who wasn't totally honest with the Forresters about what he saw, Mass explains. Nick asks Ken if he served Ridge; Ken says he didn't, since Ridge seemed drunk already. But as a bartender, he's learned to be discrete about things he sees, so he didn't think it was his place to tell the Forresters that Ridge was getting friendly with a woman - a tall, redheaded knockout, he describes - and then left with her. Mass thanks Ken. Once Ken's gone, Nick and Mass wonder who the woman was. It can't be what it sounds like, Nick says. If it is, Mass says, he'll be disappointed in Ridge.
Brooke drops in and asks the Marone men if there's news about Ridge. They say they have some information, but they can only speculate about what it means. Brooke says she'd like to know; Mass promises to let her know when they have any solid information. One of Mass's employees comes in and tells him that they tracked Ridge's cell phone to Europe via satellite, and they'll have it narrowed down to a country soon. Mass tells the man to have the jet fueled for a transatlantic flight, with the final destination as soon as they have it. Brooke tells Mass she wants to go with him, but Nick thinks she should stay with her family while he goes. Mass tells Nick to stay with Brooke while he goes to get Ridge. Brooke wonders why Ridge would go all the way to Europe to get away from her.

Jackie tells Massimo she wants to help him bring Ridge home.
Massimo arrives at his jet and is told by the pilot that they're waiting for another passenger. As he wonders who it could be, Jackie comes aboard; she says she's going with him. Mass says this isn't a pleasure trip, as he's going to find Ridge. Jackie says she knows that and wants to help. Dominick said the same thing, Mass says, but he told Nick to stay here and to support Brooke. Jackie says that she's here to support him. She knows how much Ridge and his family mean to him and wants to help him bring Ridge home.

Brooke wonders if her connection to Ridge can bring them back together,
At Marone, Brooke asks Nick to tell her if he knows anything else. He says he's sorry; he feels like this is all wrong. Brooke says she never should have kicked Ridge out. Nick tells her not to blame herself, since she begged Ridge to come back and work things out. She asks if he thinks they still can. She feels so helpless, since she can't figure out what would keep Ridge from his family. Forrester would be a fool to lose her, Nick says. Brooke says she feels foolish, since her father in law has to go to Europe because she and Ridge fought. If this is about Ridge's temper, Nick says, he hopes Mass leaves him there. But neither one of them thinks that's what this is. They both feel like the unbreakable connection she shares with Ridge will bring them back together. Brooke thanks him, since he always knows how to make her feel better. She doesn't know what she would have done without him. He tells her that Ridge will come to his senses and see what a great gal he has, and then he'll come home. Later, Brooke stands by the window and prays for Ridge to come home to her.

Morgan tries to seduce Ridge.
In Venice, Ridge is on the balcony, wondering when his memory will come back. Meanwhile, Morgan is inside, preparing a romantic candle-lit dinner that will set the stage for Ridge to spend one perfect night with her and give her his child. Ridge comes in and is impressed. Morgan's glad to see him up. He says he had trouble sleeping, so she offers to fill his head with happy thoughts. He asks what they're celebrating; she says they're just moving on now that Brooke is behind him. She says she has all his favorites and offers him some wine, but he suggests he pour. He thanks her for bringing him here and arranging for him to see the doctor, and Brooke. She says she just wanted him to be happy; Brooke never made him happy, but she did, and she wants to do it again. She starts to kiss him, but he pulls back and suggests they not rush things. Of course not, she says: she thinks they should savor every minute of this perfect evening.

An “Unforgettable” song stirs Ridge's memories.
Ridge says the food smells great. Morgan tells him to forget about the food and dance with her. As some slow jazz music plays, they start to dance closely. She says he's still a good dancer. Have they done this before? he asks; he can't remember, but there's something familiar about it. Just then, “Unforgettable” starts to play, stirring clouded memories of him dancing with Brooke. Morgan asks what's wrong; if it's the song, she offers to turn it off. Ridge says it's OK. He remembers something; he's dancing with a woman. She's right there, and he knows her. She's so familiar, but he just doesn't know who she is. As he wonders who the woman is, Morgan looks quite worried.
