Eric is stunned to learn about Felicia.
At the Forrester mansion, Eric asks Stephanie why she thinks something is wrong with Felicia. He tells her that Felicia said she was cancer free when they spoke. She tells him how Felicia collapsed while they were talking last night. Eric runs for the phone to call the hospital, but Stephanie says she already took Felicia there and they ran a ton of tests. She also tells him that Felicia is taking pain medication, which she wouldn't do if everything was OK. Angry, Eric asks Stephanie why she waited for a chance to tell him what a lousy father he is just to give him this news. Was she going to wait until Felicia was on her death bed to tell him? He then says he's sorry. Stephanie tells him to stop. She begs Eric not to walk away from this; this is the worst thing that could happen, and if he wants to redeem himself in her eyes, he can do what she needs, which is for him to be a real father to Felicia. Eric wants to go to the guest house to see Felicia. Stephanie tells him not to, as Felicia may be sleeping. Eric can't believe it; first she accuses him of doing nothing, and now she stops him when he wants to do act? Stephanie says he still needs to learn about the hard part of caring. Eric senses that she resents his never learning that. She admits she does. Eric tells her that he resents her selfishness, in being everything to their children and then pushing him away, so she could say he was aloof and blame someone else for her screw-ups.

Stephanie tells Eric to be there for their younger daughter.
Stephanie admits that there's some truth in Eric's statement. Eric thanks her, pointing to that as the reason Felicia chose her to confide in instead of him. Stephanie reminds him of the rough relationship she and Felicia share and tells him that she only found out by accident. Eric can't believe Felicia came back just to design cutting edge caftans with her mother and Thorne. He says he's canceling their reservations at Cafe Russe so he can go to see Felicia. Stephanie stops him. If this is about Felicia's friend, he says, he doesn't care if Felicia is a lesbian or is living with a tribe of unwashed gypsies. Stephanie stops him and tells him that Felicia is living their with a baby: their daughter has a son, and Nick is the father. Eric is shocked and wonders what this will mean for Bridget. Stephanie tells him how Felicia was ready to go back to France to avoid complications for Bridget. If their daughter is sick, she insists, they can't let her go back. Eric agrees, but he reminds Stephanie that Bridget is his daughter, too. He's not sure if he can help either one of them. Stephanie tells him to think about Felicia's baby losing his mother. Eric says that Felicia has always been a fighter, and he thinks that would be even more true now that she has a son to fight for. He thinks Felicia can fight the cancer again and win. After seeing the look on Felicia's face, Stephanie isn't as sure. She thinks Felicia is preparing for the worst, so she breaks down and urges Eric to go see his daughter, rather than accusing her again of keeping Felicia from him. She starts to cry as Eric takes her in his arms.

Nick and Bridget have more questions for Felicia.
At the guest house, Nick brings the baby bottle to Felicia, who asks Bridget if she wants to feed Dominick. Bridget declines. Felicia explains that she can't produce enough breast milk because of her treatments. Bridget asks if they did a thyroid test. Felicia says it took them a week to think of that; she wishes Bridget was there with her then. Bridget says Felicia could have had Dominick's father and entire family there had she just said something. Nick and Dominick can never get those four months back, she fears. Felicia wants to make that up to them. She puts Dominick down and they go in the living room, where Bridget tries to figure out Felicia's motives. She wonders if Felicia planned for Stephanie to find out about the baby so Stephanie could tell Nick. Felicia says she's just half-baked, so she's not that mysterious. As for her mother, she thinks Bridget knows there is no controlling Stephanie. Bridget points out the lengths Stephanie went to just to break her and Nick up and wonders if Stephanie wants Nick with Felicia. If it does, she warns Felicia, it's not going to happen! While Nick goes to check the baby, Felicia tells Bridget that she's sorry Bridget was her mother's target. She then assures Bridget that she knows Nick would never leave Bridget for a woman he hasn't seen in a year. She doesn't have any hidden agenda.

Nick says no one is accusing her of anything. Felicia admits she can't blame Bridget for being suspicious. She admits she came to check out Taylor's job offer so she could see where things stood, with her parents' divorce and her dad remarrying Brooke. But she had no idea Nick was married, probably because everyone i the family thought it was too sore a subject to tell her. But once she arrived and found out that Nick was married to Bridget and expecting a child, she saw how much they had been through. Bridget says she's not worried about her marriage. She adds that she knows Nick will love baby Dominick as much as he'll love his unborn daughter with her. Felicia is glad her plan didn't work, as Dominick will grow up with his sister. Does that mean she's staying? Nick asks. Felicia isn't sure where she'll wind up, but she knows Dominick belongs here with his father. So she would leave him? Bridget asks. Not with out a fight, Felicia replies, and not unless she knew… She then apologizes for moving so fast and asks Nick and Bridget are doing today. Nick says that Bridget already put in a full day in the hospital. Felicia asks Bridget to go back with her while the doctor goes over her test results, to ask questions she may not think of. Bridget asks if Dr. Namura would mind. Felicia says she just found out today that they needed her to stay overnight, and she gave Renee the night off. In that case, Nick suggests that he stay with Dominick while they go to the hospital. Felicia asks if Bridget minds; Bridget says she doesn't.

Dr. Namura has bad news for Felicia.
Once they get to the hospital, Dr. Namura insists that Felicia stay tonight so they can check her heart after she collapsed. Bridget asks if Felicia lost consciousness. Felicia admits she did. Dr. Namura reminds Felicia of her promise to find an oncologist and get radiation treatments in France. Felicia says she found a doctor, and that's who told her she was pregnant. She says she thought the chemo shortened the tumor anyway. Bridget tells her that she needs both and asks the doctor is there's a recurrence. The doctor says there is, and the cancer spread from the colon to the liver. Because the cancer is so widespread, he thinks they need additional chemo to fight it, although even that will only slow the cancer down. And she'll lose her hair and puke her guts out in the process, Felicia states. She asks how much time she has. The doctor says she has two to three months. And how long with the treatment? Bridget asks. Felicia asks for some time alone with Bridget. Dr. Namura is OK with that but points out that the decision is Felicia's. He can't even make a recommendation as yet. He offers to wait to ask the nurse to set up the cardiac monitor so the woman can talk. Once he's gone, Felicia asks Bridget if this would have happened had she gotten the radiation instead of getting pregnant. There's no way to know, Bridget says. Felicia tells Bridget to be her sister, not her doctor. Bridget admits the odds are that it wouldn't have happened. In that case, Felicia guesses that she traded her life for Dominick's, which puts her ahead of the game.

Felicia discusses her prognosis with Bridget.
Felicia quips that her cancer survivor group will just kill her for dying. Bridget tells Felicia to consider all her options. Felicia points out that she just got a fatal diagnosis. Bridget is silent. Felicia says it's OK; she points out how Bridget will have to do this with patients someday and suggests Bridget practice on her. Bridget thinks the chemo could give Felicia a few months with her son, but Felicia doesn't want to face being too weak to hold or care for her own son. She asks if she's thinking about this the wrong way. Bridget says she's the one not thinking straight, since she doesn't want the diagnosis to be true. Felicia wonders if the doctor will find anything wrong with her heart. Bridget doesn't think so, but she understands why the doctor has to check. Too bad, Felicia quips, since dying of a heart attack in bed wouldn't be a bad way to go. She sits on the bed. Bridget says she's sorry, but Felicia says she's the one who's sorry for involving Bridget. She admit she's not afraid of dying, but she needs something from Bridget. She already had one miracle in Dominick, but she's afraid of leaving him. Just then, Nick comes by with baby Dominick, who Nick says wanted his mommy. Felicia asks Bridget to bring Dominick to her. As Bridget takes the baby from Nick, Felicia tells Nick that his wife is a natural. Nick says that Bridget will be a good mom. Felicia agrees; in fact, she's counting on it.
